Second time stay in this hotel. Superb location, close to all public transport, bus stop, monorail stayion, mrt stations. Walkin distance all famous shoping malls in bukit bintang area. Service was standard nothing special. We're stay on 23A floor, I forget the room number, room clean but noisy since it has outdoor aircond unit near the window. It was noisy specially during night time and the tv can't connected to youtube eventhough you've entered the password. Anyways its still good hotel in a prime locations and very affordable in price.

The best and comfortable to stay. Superb location. In the centre of Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. Walking distance to all exclusive shopping mall around. Pavillion, Lot 10 and etc. Since this suites is in the centre of Bukit Bintang, please be patient during check-in. A lot of tourist staying at this suite. The check-in system was well arrange. Need to take a queue number and wait for the turn. Mean while, the lobby area is nice and full of comfortable seat to choose. Staff was friendly. Room totally nice and clean. Very good smell all the way from the corridor to the designated room. Lift was a bit delay because a lot of tourist up and down all the time. Be patient. The infinity is superb. Located on the roof top. Sky bridge also a thing need to experience by all guests. The garden at Level 7 well maintain. Even though no breakfast at this premises but you can easily get food all over this place. All waking distance and variety of choices. Worth to stay and worth every penny spend. Will stay here again if I am going to stay at Bukit Bintang.

Totally not recommended at all. Hotel is packed like sardines, lift is slow. The hotel staff is totally indifference and not well-trained. Most importantly, the so-called General Manager Shirley Wong is totally ill-mannered and uncivilized. Shouting and yelling at the lobby. Not a hotel that worth even one star.

We had a lovely 3 night stay here. The hotel was so busy but we felt very well looked after. There was a great display outside for Chinese new year and room was comfortable. The staff kindly allowed us to check in a couple of hours early after a 13 hour flight and long morning of exploring. We loved the infinity pool and the location is within easy reach for everything we needed.

This is my second time staying here, the first time wasn't bad but this time I had stuff robbed, which made me feel very uneasy, though it wasn't of high value the fact they went through my suite case and took something out was enough to make you want check out, nobody ever came to my room other then hotel staff (house keeping) , every time you go out and return you need to audit everything you have, another occasion I was sleeping and my door bell rings a guy standing there wanting to do general maintenance on the room, when I told him I am sleeping he says to put the DND sign on next time, I mean who does general maintenance on a occupied room? this is going to the ridiculous , poor management , I would never stay here nor would I recommend this hotel

Room quite small. But the view was good. First time had to queue for the elevators at a hotel. And super long waiting time for the elevators. Traffic was congested and took us more than half an hour to arrive at the carpark starting from Jalan Imbi. Wrote to them right after our stay via their social media and website, but till now 27 December 2023, there's no reply at all! To whom it may concern, 17-December-2023 --- I inquired at the front desk about validating my parking and bringing my children to the playground after checking out. I was given the green light by the staff. When I checked out at 11:45 am, I asked Fye if I could return to the playground on Level 10 after returning my room key, and she confirmed that I could. However, when I tried to select Level 10 in the elevator, it didn't work. We ended up on Level 9 and were stopped by security guards. We had to wait over 15 minutes for an available elevator to return to the lobby, as they were slow and full. Back at the lobby's check-out kiosk, I confronted Fye, but she remained silent. Tim then informed us that we were not allowed to access the playground because we were no longer guests. This was frustrating, as we had just checked out at 11:45 am. He also mentioned that only Axon guests were allowed in the playground, even though it is on the same level as the Secret Garden. Does it even make sense? Or were they just making up a lame excuse? There wasn't a sign stating that at the playground the evening before! They should have informed us about not being able to access the playground when we asked them earlier at the kiosk before we returned the key! Naturally, my children were upset and disappointed, as they were looking forward to playing in the playground before we left. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Definitely not coming back!
