This was a true 5 start experience. Starting with the grandness of the building you just have be impressed. Our bags were wicked away to appear seamlessly in our room. The room was smart with a great view. The location was perfect. We had the buffet (twice!). Just treasure trove of high quality cuisine and service. The breakfast was equally as good.

Having visited KL over many years, and stayed in numerous hotels around KLCC, this was one of the best experiences. We stayed recently on two occasions, with a short trip to Penang in between The standard of service and food quality were excellent, unfortunately I was taken ill and needed to see a doctor, the hotel pulled out all of the stops and made arrangements for a doctor to visit, who quickly got me sorted out Will certainly return here

Hotel was very well located and overall staff was friendly. We were enjoying our stay untill a hotel staff member using his key card let a drunk guy into our room without any forewarning or asking for our permission while me, my wife and 3 year old daughter were fast asleep in the room with the "do not disturb" sign on. Scarred hotel experiences for us forever. Outright invasion of privacy and made us feel extremely insecure.

Hi, we went to stay at Mandarin Oriental to celebrate our anniversary and my wife's birthday. we get our favorite room, twin tower view room which was arranged earlier and everything was perfect, only that we know the television was faulty. The TV will turn off automatically after 3-4 minutes after we watch. Only one channel which is Awani chanel, the TV is ok and normal. We just realize this issue at 10pm and did not make the complain as it was already late night. We also highlighted this ssue during check out at the counter so that your team will fix it for the next guest to use without complain.

I had one night at the beautiful Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur in a club room with a view of the Petronas twin towers. Indeed, I had a very impressive view of the towers from my room, and of the Symphony Lake Water Show in the beautiful KLCC Park. The hotel is quite stunning and features a beautiful lobby area which definitely gives a very luxurious vibe. My room rate included access to the club lounge, where my check-in was also handled. I was in fact able to use the club lounge before my room was ready, and the hotel graciously let me check in early (around 11 AM) which was very much appreciated. The club lounge was actually really good. The breakfast was outstanding and with a great selection of delicious food. The made-to-order scrambled eggs is probably the best I've ever had. So good! My room itself was quite large and very luxurious and beautiful. Aside from the aforementioned stunning view of the towers, there was also a fully stocked mini bar (albeit pricey) and a large TV with premium channels, such as HBO and Cinemaxx. The lights were controlled by a remote and overall the room had all the amenities you would imagine of a 5-star high-end property. I also quite enjoyed the very beautiful bathroom, with a very comfortable and spacious rain shower and a large bathtub as well. The property features several restaurants, where I tried the Aqua Restaurant & Grill Bar for lunch, ordering straight from my lounge chair by the pool. Very convenient, and the food and drinks were pretty good! Indeed, the pool area was very nice and with a great view, although there was a bit of construction noise from nearby work on another skyscraper. The service from all staff was great, especially at the club lounge where I really enjoyed hanging out. At 1.166 MYR for the night, the room rate was extremely reasonable - especially for a club level room with a view of the twin towers. Not to mention that a stay at a Mandarin Oriental in other cities is usually priced as much as ten times that for an entry level room. Great stay!

We had the most unbelievable stay at the mandarin. So much so we extended to another night. The staff were so courteous, helpful and friendly. From entering into the hotel to leaving we couldn’t fault it. We had a little situation in the elevator where it got stuck. However it was dealt with extremely promptly and when I approached the main desk about my extended stay. The gentleman knew about our situation in the elevator and wanted to check we were ok. Just fantastic customer service. Thank you to all. Sorry I didn’t get any names however everyone we met from the room service staff, staff by the pool and the club lounge on 24 everyone was above and beyond.

My husband and I spent the first 3 nights of our Honeymoon at M.O. in KL and it was amazing! The service is excellent from the moment you step into the hotel grounds - Warm and welcoming. The room was lovely with an amazing view of the park and pool. The bed was the best we slept in during our time in Malaysia and the bathroom was beautiful with a big tub and marble decor. Also, the breakfast is to die for! Do yourself a favor and try it at least once. All in all, we would recommend M.O. at KL to everyone 🫶🏻
