Having great stay at this Hotel that located just a walking distance to Pavilion KL, Lot 10 and surrounding food stall nearby. Food at the Hotel is excellent , staff are very friendly and you will feel welcome.

Great location to the bunch of malls around. Mainly the Pavilion and amazing food options. Just a 10min walk to Japan Alor where you can get all your amazing foodie goodness. The staff were amazing and the Queen bed and room were just what I was looking forward to. I got given Level 17 and the view from above was amazing as well. Great stay overall. Would recommend!

relax feeling staying in the hotel, venue is perfect for shopping, many shopping mall around, easy for finding some good stuff, and its easy to find some great food. variety of different restaurant can be found here.

Nice hotel in Bukit Bintang, just a few minutes away from Jalan Alor and right next to Pavilion shopping mall. Rooms are a bit outdated, but still nice. We stayed there twice withing 3 weeks for a total of 6 nights, so I can say we liked it. The fitness center ist very good, the pool is amazing. Staff is friendly. If you are looking for a good city hotel with a cool pool for a good price, this is the one.

It's been a few years since I was at the Grand Millennium KL, but I'm pleased to say that it's as good as it ever was. Excellent, helpful staff (a particular mention to the very efficient and friendly Nazirah on the front desk) and high standards throughout, from the breakfast restaurant to the housekeeping staff who responded immediately to service my room at a moment's notice. I picked up a particularly good deal for my stay. Recommended.

location and staffs was best... the only cons is the furniture, interior is abit old... even the bathroom, some area is rusty and (kinda moldy) with some renovation and touch up, it can be better. overall i enjoyed my stay

This was my second stay at the hotel. Check-in was attended to by Ms Nazirah who was friendly and accommodating. I was assigned to a room on the Club Floor which was pretty decent for a night stay. However, when I returned to the room around 2.40am or so, I found the bathroom floor was wet and "hissing" sound was heard. Upon checking, I realised that the water pipe under the sink had leaked very badly. Called the operator and a technician arrived thereafter to check. He mentioned that he had closed the cold water valve and only hot water can be used at the sink (?!) For the time being. Toilet flush was unable to use hence he repaired it. I only managed to sleep at 3.30am. I declined for him to come back at 10.00am to fix the cold water valve since I am checking out at noon. May I suggest for the Management to look into the maintenance of the "classic" room types aka non refurbished rooms? Water pressure for the bidet is low and non adjustable. On a brighter note, the breakfast buffet is something worth to try when you are staying at this hotel. Friendly service by the Cafe's team members. I would honestly say that if I did not receive the friendly service by Ms Nazirah at the beginning, I would have given a lower score for this stay. Hopefully in my future stay, I could see some improvement in the product.…

Room decor is old and aircon is not cold even though at lowest temperature. Better pillow required. Location of hotel is fantastic, centrally located and immersed in New Year countdown. Easy accessibility to shopping centers.
