Beautiful hotel with retro look. Good central location only 10 minutes walk from Petronas Towers. Rooms are great size and comfortable. All,the staff we dealt with were really friendly and attentive. Stayed for 3 nights in a horizon club room and couldn’t fault a thing. The horizon lounge served afternoon tea from 3pm till 5pm and cocktails and canapés from 5pm till 7pm. Pool area great with both adults only section and family section. The staff were all caring and friendly and the room lacked nothing you would need with all toiletries, tea, coffee etc replaced daily. Position of the hotel was good as was easily walkable to both the Petronas Towers and to Bukit Bintang. All in all in great stay.

Stayed during 1st and 2nd day of CNY. Despite being very busy, service was still top notch. Zie, Feez, and Chef Safee took care of our dietary requests and the food was great! Suite room was spacious, and clean. Kids activity at Lafite was entertaining and enjoyable. Looking forward to returning soon!

I booked Premier Suite on 27th Jan 2023 to 31st Jan 2023 for 3 adults. Birthday surprise during 7pm Cocktail was good. However, the tea session for Club room members' food choices was extremely miserable. Very few items of Japanese theme were displayed. I am.non non drinker and expected Asian food. Limited items for cocktails. Overall, the food standards and varieties were different previously. Need improvements or my 4 nights will be disappointed. I can always eat outside for better choice. The objective of Club rooms food was defeated. There are other hotels, club rooms, and food much better. Let me give further feedback after experiencing the next 3 days.

I really liked the hotel! Friendly staff. Beautiful room with fresh, crisp linen and furnishings. Great toiletries. Gorgeous foyer, overlooking greenery. A feeling os space and light all around. I found the hotel very well planned: the light fittings were excellent for getting dressed/makeup, mirrors thoughtfully located, comfortable lounge chair with footstool, night light next to bed, master light switch, etc. I'd forgotten my adaptor to charge my mobile. I rand reception and an international adaptor was delivered to my room in less than 5minutes - no fuss! Excellent service. A lot of greenery around. There is a pool with koi fish next to their cafe - a beautiful place to sit and relax. I would love to return.

It was my second time staying at this hotel and it was just as lovely as last time. The staff is very friendly. Check in and check out ( even at 4 am) was smooth. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool was good with a life guard too. The lobby lounge has live entertainment and the food is great.

Spent 8 wonderful days at this lovely hotel in a club room. The room itself was a good size, shower was perfect and bed and pillows suited us very well. We spent a lot of time in the Horizon Club, the food and drinks were great and all the staff were wonderful! It was my birthday while we were there and the hotel gave me a cake and so did the Horizon Club, lovely surprises.’ The foyer is massive and very luxurious, the Christmas decorations were magnificent. The hotel is in a perfect location, we will definitely be staying again.

Our all time favourite hotel to stay at in KL. The property is so well maintained and clean, very beautiful. Of course due to the age of the property, there are various sign of wear and tear but it really is not that bad. The location is central so we could use the train to get around and explore. The staff service is notably the best selling point, it never fails and truly sets a high level of expectation for other properties we stay at.
