We stayed here for three nights as part of a almost 3 week holiday, using KL as our transit point for other South East Asian destinations (we returned to stay at the Grand Hyatt on the later legs of our journey - so this review is written comparatively, with that in mind). The Ritz-Carlton (RC) is a fine hotel, typically...

My partner and I were ending our month South East Asia tour with three nights in Kuala Lumpur, so we decided to pamper ourselves to The Ritz Carlton, sadly it was not what one expect from the Ritz Carlton. The front desk staff could not find our reservation even us presenting them with our vouchers and reservation code,it took them...

For years the Ritz was our base of operation whenever we were in KL. The location is ideal, the service impeccable. This is still the case. As is the excellent food. Unfortunately the layout and interior design of the newly renovated hotel has stripped the property off everything that made it it special, made it the Ritz. It now looks...

Intended to have a short getaway with the wife and kids, so had to look for a place with sufficient room and space. Looked up and found the 2 bedroom suite which I thought was suitable especially since it was rated 3rd best hotel in KL. Short review - slow in service, not paying attention to details and if your...

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this fabulous hotel. My parents, brother and I stayed in the 3 bedroom suite. It was everything you expect at a 5 star hotel. The suite was well equipped, and serviced. It was very spacious, and the bedrooms were well spaced out. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed our...

We recently stayed here for 2 nights. We had a normal room, which was very spacious. A great size bathroom and lots of towels and robes. This property suits those who prefer more 'old world' charm and not those looking for boutique modern designs. It's in a great location, service was very attentive, especially in the Club lounge. Would go...

Great hotel, staff can't be any better - very well trained and managed obviously. Great rooms, finishes, condition, service, food etc. conference facilities were very good. If I come back to KL I will stay again without doubt. Can at first be confusing to find your room tho. Nice live music and high tea looked very special.

Location is good also. 5 minutes walking to the shopping area. If you don't have kids, i recommend the club level which is convenient as it...
