This is the second time we have stayed here, and it is still awesome. It is the best place to stay in KL with toddlers as it has pool, kids club that takes children from the age of 2 (about $5 per child per hour) and is straight across the road from the Pavillion shopping centre and a block from...

Excellent hotel, fantastic staff, great location. The hotel is directly across from the Pavillions shopping centre and walking distance to all the other shops on the Jalan Burkit Bintang. The breakfast is the best I have ever had with about 25 breakfast stations offering a huge array of cuisines and energizing meals. The head chef even walked around with me...

Stayed at the Westin KL in June 2013 for 3 nights. Nice comfortable stay. Huge room/bathroom. Excellent location. Average service (not 5 star). my overall stay was great without any issues. however, i found the general standard of 5 stars in KL to be lower as compared to the region. the rooms are big, well equipped but showing age. the...

Located right in the heart of downtown, the Westin Kuala Lumpur is well positioned for visitors to the city. Not only is the hotel itself quite attractive, it's positioned right across from the Pavilion Mall, which hosts an impressive number of high and medium-end shops. I arrived the weekend before the Chinese New Year, and found the street outside decked...

Conveniently located with easy access to KLCC (Twin Tower), Paragon Shopping Mall and Bukit Bintang shopping and eating outlets. Served by LRT and MRT, don't take the taxi if you are staying there. You could be spending an hour just to get out of the city center. Staff are knowledgeable but hotel is old and tired and much in need...

Hotel is in a quite good location. Near to shopping mall, bars restaurant and KL Central. Hotel shuttle bus can take us to Twin Tower. I love the bed here, very soft and easily to get a sweet sleep. Good choice for business or travel destination.
