The Westin is in a great location, close to all amenities. Staff at the hotel were impeccable. Selva in the Fitness Centre was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. The heavenly beds were just amazing to sink into after a long day. The daily breakfast was wonderful and staff were very friendly and attentive. Fantastic - a must to...

I cheked in and after a warm greeting found my room to be dirty and smelling. I called to the front desk for help and never received a call back. I went back to the lobby to get a new room. I was reassigned a room and found it to be cleaner but pretty worn out and not well cleaned....

Greetings gregcmorley First and foremost please accept our sincere apologies for checking you into a room with such condition. Honestly I have no excuse for this, which clearly indicates the lackadaisical attitude from the team. Your experience has been shared with them. Mr Gregcmorley, I agree with you that it was not a great start but I sincerely hope you...

Stayed for singled night on business. The Westin chain generally has pretty decent 4* hotels and this is another. Location is exceptional and breakfast was very good. Rooms not quite as good as some of the other Westin properties I have stayed at. Only bug bear is having to pay for Wi-Fi. However this is a standard problem with Westin...

I am regular business traveller to KL but have always stayed at Sheraton Imperial each time, however it was full this trip so instead booked in at Westin. Really enjoyed the superb location of this hotel, right in KLCC action (unlike the Sheraton Imperial which is a bit out of the centre) and yet the hotel atmosphere is calm and...

I had not stayed here for 7 years. It was great and is now even better! The location could not be bettered. I arrived a little before 3pm but was escorted directly to the newly opened club lounge. The team were apologetic that my room was not ready (no reason that it should be as I was early) but made...

Hotel was perfectly located in Bukit Bintang, opposite Pavillion mall and close to the other shopping malls. The monorail is a short walk down the road, making it easy to access other parts of the city. From Pavillion mall, there is an air-conditioned pedestrian walkway that goes all the way to KLCC. It's about 1km and quite an easy walk....

I stayed with my family for three nights at The Westin KL and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. The room that we booked was standard, and I'm not sure if it was upgraded or not (doesn't seem so), but it was massive! There is more than enough room to walk around. Bathroom is luxurious with double door, seperate...
