Stayed for 3d2n with complimentary private parking. Parking is a multistorey narrow carpark (not basement parking). Booked a deluxe room with breakfast but upon checking in was given an upgraded room. Yay!!

First of all I'm terribly sorry that it took us very very long to reply to your question here. Frankly, we are unaware of this feature in TripAdvisor. Been replying to guests' reviews but totally missed your question here. Nevertheless, it's better late than never right!
For your information the nearest monorail station is Maharajalela. It is the 2nd station from KL Sentral. KL Sentral is the hub of public transportation in Kuala Lumpur. Monorail Maharajalela station is only 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. You may reach all exciting tourist attractions in Kuala Lumpur via monorail and the LRT (Light Rapid Transit) system connected to the monorail network.
