I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience overall. The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and the room was spacious, clean, and quiet, which was perfect for accommodating our group of 3-4 people comfortably. One of the highlights of our stay was the late check-out option, which added a lot of convenience to our trip and allowed us to relax without feeling rushed.

The staff, especially Mr. Arif and Mrs. Nelly at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, even taking the time to show us around the hotel and provide helpful recommendations for local dining and activities. Their warm hospitality truly stood out and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location makes it a top choice for travelers. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience!

The subway, supermarkets, and restaurants are all within a 10-minute walk, so there is no trouble with transportation or food. A small mall called Link and a supermarket called Jaya are about a 5-10-minute walk away, and there are cafes and restaurants, so you can find anything you want, and I used them almost every day and never got bored. The hotel is in the center, about a 15-minute walk from the Twin Towers, but since there are many embassies around the hotel, it is quiet and safe, so you can take a walk even at night. The hotel is old, but the rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable, and there is enough space to invite friends over. There is a washing machine and dryer, which can be used 24 hours a day, but it is convenient. There are many items for breakfast, and you can eat fresh noodles and egg dishes from early in the morning. Security was strong, so I would recommend this hotel to women on business trips or studying abroad. I stayed there for a month and never had a bad experience. The staff were always available at night and were all very kind. I would like to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel or stay for a long time.

We give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room we were given was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the shower has the best water pressure we’ve had in all the hotels we’ve stayed since we started traveling one year ago. The breakfast is also good but I wish the dishes will be changed every other day. We want to thank duty manager Jumadi for his attentive services and especially the young man who clean our floor daily. We found him cleaning rooms when we got up and still cleaning the rooms when we returned from our dinners in the evening. Someone please give this young man a raise for his hard work. We will definitely come back the next time when we visit KL again.

The hotel is definitely well and strategically located. Walking distance to the LINC KL where you could find some good restaurants and Bens Independent Grocer.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Ample car park and complimentary when you check out. As you enter the lobby, your nose will immediately pick up the smell of lemon grass in the air. Calming effect for me. And also known to keep away the mosquitoes.

The staffs, including the security guards, are warm, friendly and very helpful. Nini, helped me with the check-in and DM Nelly upon check-out.

The room, bathroom and kitchenette are clean and well maintained. The blackout curtains made the room totally pitch dark for a great sleeping experience. The strong water pressure and nice hot water made showering great.

The reason we choose this hotel because it’s walking distance to the USA Embassy. We feel more convenient especially bring small children to attend the appointment.

The service was efficient and courteous.
We checkin in at midnight and was told and room was ready, and the staff put on our extra bed immediately upon our request. Very quick response.

We received an intercom from the hotel to double check if we need housekeeping service on our 2nd day of stay, because we put the Do Not Disturb sign ON. We are impressed.

The furnishings from hotel room was not the latest but it’s clean and decent. It comes with a small kitchen which is very functional if u are traveling with small children.

The are major pool maintenance job, expected future customers can enjoy their upgraded pool.

Last but not least is the front desk officer, Mr Arif who never forgot to put on a smile whenever we meet him. Definitely we will come back again.

Staff were very supportive and helpful, especially Ninie and Ashima. Rooms were spacious and well designed. We stayed in two connected rooms which were very convenient for a family of five people. Breakfast was decent and the swimming pool was great.

Great staycation in KL, spacious room and well maintained. I love the swimming pool! However need to make reservation with 1 hour usage per guest, due to pandemic. Breakfast was served in the room, which we also enjoyed it and felt safer. Overall satisfied!

Need a staycation location in the midst of this travel cessation? MiCasa has got you covered. Honestly one of the most underrated hotels in KL for the price! It’s an old building but maintained very well and the location is perfectly suited for a walk/Beam scooter ride around the city center. The staff, in particular the Manager, Elves, are extremely helpful. This was not my first time staying here and it certainly won’t be my last. Already planned my next trip back!

We stayed here for a night in March and were absolutely amazed at the quality of service and treatment. While some of the hotels were understandably embarking on cost saving measures, Micasa went above and beyond to provide us with a comfortable stay. Thank you Elves and team! 😍

Having a bad experience with a different apartment suite last Saturday, my friends and I decided to find another solution. So we called Micasa to find out if they still have available rooms for the weekend. Thanked God they have available rooms. The enquiry via phone call was pleasant and the staff was really helpful. I was even given the option to choose which available floors which suits us best (of course I chose the higher floor).
Our check in process went smoothly and we were pleased to have a counter staff by the name of Mr Elton who is not only efficient, courteous, but also attentive to our needs. We were greeted with the smile and immediately we feel the warm welcome to MiCasa. We even shared with him (Mr Elton) about out recent bad experience with the other apartment suite. Mr Elton is a great listener and even provided us with two special vouchers for the hotel restaurant worth RM30 off on each vouchers, just to make us feel welcomed. We were explained about the rooms, charges, etc.Parking in the building was free, and parking was easily obtained and easily accessible. We requested for two connecting rooms and the entire experience was one that is worth every penny!! The rooms were clean, spacious, bathrooms were huge, beds and pillows were so comfortable (all 4 of us had a great sleep & great rest while we were there), kitchen utensils are provided, air conds are in a great condition, wi fi service worked well during our stay & the food from the restaurant were also not bad! The entire one night stay was great as we had a great time relaxing in the room and enjoying the tranquility without being bothered by the hustle and bustle of the city life. A totally great experience and this place is highly recommended.

Malaysia uses British standard square 3 pin sockets and works on 240 volts so you would need the same type of adaptor you would use in the UK.

MiCasa has both indoor and outdoor parking. For indoor parking the ceiling height is sufficient to allow parking for standard cars as well as vehicles such as Toyota people movers, 4 WD drive trucks such as Hilux, Ford Ranger etc.

Answer from MicasaKL

Dear Mrs Men, as per most high rise hotels, the access doors to the fire staircases are one way to ensure egress is directed to the ground levels and as such, you are not able to walk up stairs to other floors. Gavin Fletcher General Manager
