Well located, comfortable, nice views as well as good restaurant and service is high class. We recommend staying there if you want to visit Kuala Lumpur and relax / feel like at home when your day is over
Staying in the hotel with the best view of Twin Tower and the hospitality of the staffs are remarkable. Looking forward for the next stay. Love it very much. I even got a special surprise from the hotel for the anniversary celebration.
Our staycation was not impressive as the bed is too soft and pillows is flat soft. Others than that, everything is excellent. The breakfast is so good although this time the roti canai was disappointing. I had my roti canai twice on my last stay and was superbly good
Overall experience was great, We were there for a 1 day family staycation with my husband and my little boy. We enjoyed the pool a lot and as usual the food served in the F&B outlet were absolutely delicious with top notched service! We are looking forward for our next staycation and had a great stay in Grand Hyatt KL.
This is a great hotel - extremely friendly and helpful staff, one of the best location in KL CBD with great view of the Petronas Twin Towers, close proximity to shopping malls. We truly enjoy the Grand Club lounge experience - great food and service. The breakfast in restaurant on 38F has amazing buffet selections. We will back again soon to be pampered.
Really disappointed with my check in experience at Grand Hyatt . Especially on my special day which is my birthday. It definitely ruined my day. Check in time at 3pm. I requested early check in during the booking time & I do understand that it is subject to the availability. But I had called the hotel prior to arrival to enquire whether i can check in early around 2pm. On the call, the customer service representative mentioned that the previous guest had checked out at 12pm & they were in the midst of cleaning the room & she recommended us to come in for pre-registration, so we arrived at 2pm. I registered for check in around 2.15-2.30. And I had to wait until 4.30pm to get my room! I paid for 3pm, but I only get my room at 4.30pm & that is bcoz i kept on calling the receptionist to check if my room is ready. A few guest that arrived after me had already got their rooms. What if i did not call ? What time will I get my room & how long am I supposed to wait ? I don’t know what takes so long to prepare my room & I thought when I get my room, my luggage & bag should already be sent to the room. Unfortunately my luggage was not sent & again I had to call to get my luggage sent to me. I had to wait for another 30minutes - 1 hour. I also wonder, a 5 star hotel provide me a room with an empty minibar . Fridge was filled with nothing or is it common in so called Grand Hyatt ? I also requested 2 wine glass to be sent to my room, it wasn’t be sent on the 1st request and again I had to call to request. I thought 5 star hotel should already prepare those glasses in the room. Not even a coffee cup & saucer were prepared in my room. My room was basically not ready to be served to a guest and that was truly frustrating to keep me waiting for so long & yes i did received a complimentary drink to compensate my waiting time & I told the receptionist they definitely owe me a late check out. I did get to check out late but still dissatisfied with the overall experience. I wasn’t expecting this kind of service from a 5 star hotel Grand Hyatt.…
Absolute 5-star quality and treatment in this 5-star hotel. I booked a deluxe room with King bed and Petronas Tower view. It is located at the corner of each floor. I'm surprised on how big the room was, the furnishing, the comfort and the brightness of the room. The view to the open park and the Petronas Towers took my breathe away. Although the room is pretty new, I'd like to suggest the hotel to install electric or automatic curtains in the future. Seriously, at this age and for a Grand Hyatt brand, I don't expect myself to draw the curtains manually. Even though I checked in at 3pm, my room was not ready immediately. The hotel compensated me with free breakfast at the restaurant throughout the stay, which became a plus point for service recovery. The restaurant for breakfast was pretty big and the variety of food were extensive (although the coffee could be better). The pool was also quite chill, and bar food and drinks were available to order from here. I'd love to stay here again next time. P/S, seriously, why had the lobby at the top most floor? It was really a stupid idea to travel to the highest floor and to get down again to reach the room.…
I stayed here for one night and, it is an impressive hotel. The question is why only a 4 star rating. The reason for my 4 star rating is, I find that the staff at the check in lacks warmth and sounded ingenious. They greet you and go through the usual greeting because they had to. No warmth and sincerity unlike when I was at the Hyatt hotel in Yogjakarta just 2 days ago. Room was amazing and views were spectacular. Only inconvenience is every time you have to go to your room you need to take the elevator to the lobby and then take another elevator down back to your room. Overall it is an amazing hotel and the check in staff just need to learn to have some sincerity when greeting customers. I don’t think that is a lot to ask. This won’t stop me from coming back as I love the location and the hotel it self.…
This is my second stay at Grand Hyatt and they truly never did disappoint! Rooms are very spacious and the breakfast spread is amazing! The staff at the Grand Club Lounge were fantastic as well - very polite, friendly and attentive to details. Thank you to Hong, Prem, Aizat and Timothy in particular for making our stay a very memorable one!
One of a great experience. Lobby at sky :) Excellent view while dining and check in. Warm and prompt response service and hospitality. Food at 38th are excellent. Highly recommended. Will return again!
