Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is a nice three-star hotel located conveniently in Fraser Business Park, five minutes walk from Chan Sow Lin LRT Train Station (over an interlink bridge from the hotel) and about 10 Km from the city’s center [e.g. KLCC (Kuala Lumpur Convention Center), Petronas Twin towers, KL Tower, etc.] and about 44 Km from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). The Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park Hotel’s good location means that from the Hotel as a basis (LRT Train Station) you can visit all the major sightseeing of the city by using the cheap public transport (e.g. Rail Lines), although the Taxis are not expensive here (but Grab is better/cheaper and also could be ordered from Hotel). The Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park Hotel is a nice, comfortable, color-ful, stylish, budget hotel with very good service of the personnel (very kind and helpful). The room was relatively small but well designed (with a small work desk), with enough bath and room amenities, while the cleanliness of the room was flawless. I liked the complimentary breakfast (although you could add some more buffet choices), the warm welcome of the staff, the speedy check in and check out and an augmented sense of security (security staff outside the hotel), although I did not feel threaten at all. In conclusion, I liked very much my stay at the Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park (safe, clean, good value for money, good location and very good service) and I suggest it as a good budget accommodation in Kuala Lumpur (in Malaysia).…

We stayed at ibis style KL for 3 night. Good hotel at affordable price, near to metro and at the heart of the city. Butik Bintang is only 2 - 3 km from hotel. Hotel provide free shuttle to KLCC at 11, 12 and 1 O’Clock however we did not used it. Very Clean and maintained room.
Thanks so much. Good location for guests without own car, as LRT-station nearby. Staff at reception very kind and helpful. Breakfast with good variety. Could not find a restaurant in walking-distance, very sad.
Overall Hotel Services is Good, breakfast make my expectation and as club member been split between non member and member is wast good initiative, parking space for member could be need allocated more for future.
I love staying at this hotel for various reasons. I love its hospitality, starting from its front-line Mr. Neo to all the rest of the well-trained front desk staffs. The Hotel's breakfast had also improved tremendously and the re-location to cater for different types of hotel guest having breakfast is a brilliant idea. The breakfast selection is adequate, and I hope they will maintain the local "roti canai" style rather than doing a different Indian "pratha" style......its kinda unbearable texture and difficult to eat it with the sambal.
Booked a 3 nights stay at this hotel. At first I was unsure as it is +/- 30 minutes from city centre and the area seems shabby. But I grew to like it since the first night here. Staffs were friendly and helpful and good knowledge in English. Being an Indonesian I can understand Malay with ease. Just a little surprised with the RM 150 deposit upon check in and don't forget RM 10 / day for tourist tax. But you get charged such tax in EU as well so I don't mind. I paid all in cash and RM150 was returned to me upon check out with no problem. Breakfast was fairly good and the highlight is you get to choose few kinds of coffee which was to my liking. Nearby train station (LRT?) is Chan Sow Lin, only 5 minutes walk from the lobby and you can go anywhere from KLCC, airport, and bus station to Melaka. There are also few convenience stores around which was nice. I would consider to stay here again if I ever return to KL.…
Stayed here with my daughter and booked for a week. After staying two nights, we left without even bothering for a refund as we booked a non refundable price. Area around hotel is unsafe and we felt uneasy leaving the hotel on foot. Staff were lovely, room and hotel clean. The security guy at front of hotel was helpful as always. We went to hotel restaurant for dinner and breakfast and it was awful food. Dinner was terrible and I honestly Wouldn’t feed it to my Dog. Breakfast was average so I ordered an omelette which was ok. One month on from our stay we are still waiting for our hotel credit card hold, which was charged to our card 3 times. I emailed the hotel 2 weeks after visit and they said they would release. I shouldn’t have to chase this up, as it should be automatic when you checkout. One month on, still waiting. I personally wouldn’t stay in this area again, and we were much happier near city centre. Although the hotel itself was nice and clean. …
Hotel location is good price is good and value for money Morning breakfast is too awesome staff courtesy Is very good Lobby ambiance is bit low as natural light is not available and to relay only on electricity. If there is any power failure then the lobby is totally blackout. multiple elevators are available which is good.
Nothing exceptioanal about this hotel. Rooms are quite spacious, but can be very dark at night even with all lights on. Bathroom is simple. Quite clean and well maintained.Breakfast is disappointing, lacking in variety and quality. Reception staff are abysmal. Should be trained further to manage guest upon checkout. Location is a bit off but thankfully the train station is very close by, about <10mins walk. There are a few "mamak" stall and clubs/pubs around, so the place tends to be rowdy at night. Overall, its an okay hotel but won't recommend for families.
