I have read lots of reviews about the hotel but till now I didn't face any of the mentioned problems.and guys the hotel's price per day for 1 room is very much low so don't expect a 7 star hotel room still this hotel has nearly got all the qualities of a 5 star hotel at so cheap.i m now staying in the hotel and in superior room which has free breakfast free water everyday and free wifi (Pretty fast, downloads faster than Indian 3G network.)the room has a big window where we can see the station and road.maybe too noisy as its beside main road still we have an advantage as its opposite the Chow kit monorail station which has trains to Kl Sentral and from there we can go anywhere in the city.Buses trains everything is available in KL Sentral . The tv is also working good ,TV doesn't have much channels and a fridge is present in the room along with kettle for making hot water. The staff are really nice.helped a lot.whenever u ask them for help or ordering anything they respond quick. And the hotel staff knows the tourist places well so take a guidance from them .the will guide u how to go to that place and what to take bus or taxi or train.and for sure take a map of metro and bus route and the city.it will help u a lot.nearest places to visit from here is petronas tower central market.I am enjoying my stay here and the breakfast is just wow.and the roof view is awesome where we can clearly see petronas tower.if u want a low cost convenient stay then this hotel is your choice.i m staying here with my family for 6 days.still 2 days to leave.hope I can see getting highlands and port Dickson which is a little far from here but those tourist spots are good.and I m giving u a tip.don't take taxi from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to here.it will cost you 150-200 ringgit .we took a family van so 200 ringgit .small taxi cost 150 ringgit.instead take train from airport to KL Sentral and then catch monorail in KL Sentral to Chow kit station.u can see the hotel.

Myself & my wife stayed in this hotel for 2 days and it was our honeymoon trip.Awesome arrangements and surprises.

we are allowed to do early check-in.

I booked a standard room but was upgraded to superior room for a free of cost.

Hotel Manager Mr.Balan was very caring and very helpful person. He helped me alot for planning the trip.

Staff & service throughout was impeccable They are very helpful & friendly!

Hotel crossroads was really great, Clean , friendly and fantastic and its very easy to reach from TBS or KLIA/ LCCT.

All the tourist spots are easily reachable from the hotel.no worries about the mode of transport.

This one just opposite to monorail station(less than a min walk) .

There is one Indian restaurant called hotel shalimar is a just across the street ( food is great) and you have a couple of local food shops next to the hotel..

Just mail or call mr.balan for booking or need of any important information.

This hotel top floor got a great view of petronas twin tower.( take a look at the night really awesome with the light arrangement).

Basically a 4 star treatment.

P.S :- If You want to head genting from the hotel, just cross the road go to the monorail station(chow kit) and travel to the next stop called Titiwangasa, get down there just walk out of the station. there you can see lot of bus counter.you can see one counter signs says genting highlands buy a ticket which is 5.80 ringgit one-way.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The only reason why I booked this hotel is because it has won the TripAdvisor's Award. The moment I stepped in, I regret. The hotel is in Chow Kit area which is famous for robbery. My room (I'd rather call it a box) because it has no windows which definitely mean no views. There is no way of sun light coming in. Totally dark even during the day time. The worst part is I couldn't get network coverage in the room. I need to come out of the room to make phone calls. And I even missed out few important calls which totally annoyed me. The room has a kind of wood smell and it made me feel uneasy. I paid RM220 for two nights including the taxes and all and now I find it totally not worth it. I'm still wondering how this hotel won the TripAdvisor's award.

Dear Syuefang, Thank you for taking time to leave your feedback after your stay with us. We are shocked and deeply disappointed to read your comments in regards to the cleanliness of your room. Nonetheless, we truly value the opinions of our guests and we apologize for not meeting your expectations. Providing our guests with the best possible hospitality and service is what we pride ourselves on. We consider the cleanliness of our rooms, one of the pillars of our success and therefore take it very seriously. If there was in fact, hair on your sheets and floor, it is completely unacceptable by our standards. Unfortunately though, we did not receive any feedback from you in regards to this while you were in house. Otherwise we would have investigated the matter and taken action immediately. I would appreciate it, if you could kindly email us your full name, date of check-in and check-out to info@crossroads-hotel.com when you find the time. So we can identify your room and follow up with our housekeeping personnel on duty. Once again, we sincerely apologize and humbly welcome you back to Crossroads to give us another opportunity to showcase the standards we strive to set forth. Warm Regards, Crossroads Hotel Team

We went to kualalumpur to celebrate our baby's 1st birthday and my husband informed the manager about our purpose of visit through email . Manager(balan) gave us discount on rooms. The location of hotel is next to CHOWKIT mono rail which, is about 3 stops away from BUKIT BINTAN ...only family rooms have a view of the twin towers. To top everything.... they decorated our room beautifully, brought a birthday cake for our baby....and gave him lovely gifts. Rooms were clean, and staff was courteous

We'd visit again

Small n simple but nice and clean rooms new furniture. Welcoming staff. Though its little far from Major city attraction but 5 mins walk to Monorail through which you can easily go to few major attractions of KL.

If you are tight with budget and want some reasonable place to stay in KL then you can give this hotel a try. Its worth staying in limited budget.

There is nothing marvellous about the place. But the combination of it's Location, Hygienic rooms, free wifi at this price makes the deal very attractive.
The Hotel is located approx. 150m from the Mono Rail Station, making it ver convenient to go to places.
You can have a view of Petronas from the roof of the Restaurant, but I guess that would be true for most of the roofs in the area :)
Bunkit Batang, the party hub(Hard Rock Cafe and others) is also not very far from this place.

The staff is very courteous. The owner is from India, he happened to meet us while we were having breakfast. We actually missed the timings for their complementary breakfast but they waited half an hour on our request.
Overall a good Experience!!

Let's be honest, if you're looking at this hotel you're not a backpacker, but neither are you willing to pay through your nose for a Hotel. With these ground-rules set, the Crossroads Hotel is a very good budget bet.

The Pros:
1. Right across the street from Chow Kit monorail - transportation check
2. Adequate breakfast spread - basic necessities check
3. Clean washroom with shower and clean towels - hygiene check
4. Helpful and gentle front office staff and housekeeping - peace of mind check
5. AC functioning well enough - sound sleep check
6. Complementary wifi - connectivity check

The cons:
1. The rooms are small. Really small. Well made up with a TV but the size is enough only for a bed, a table and enough room to cram a couple of bags.

Frankly speaking, if one comes to KL for a leisure trip, one hardly spends any time in the room other than sleep. For all those necessities, you will not complain here. For its price bracket, its a very good deal.
