I and my friends visited Malaysia for a vacation last July 14 and stayed in this Hotel- Crossroads. The room is really good, modern and clean. We had a good view of the PETRONAS Tower over the window. Our stay is very nice. Kudos to the Front Desk manager on duty who is always willing to help and answer all...

The hotel is modern, clean and well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the room spacious. We took a superior room with a view. Our room overlooked the Pasar Chow Kit. Air conditioning and shower worked well. There are international power points in the bedroom, which is convenient when you are making a stop over between countries. Location is excellent...

We stayed here for a week, it is a very nice hotel, I loved the idea that breakfast is made for you and not a buffet style, and is on the roof of the hotel. The rooms were quite large, we are a family of four and booked a 2 room suite, it was ideal. The housekeeping was always at...

Great location, lovely staff, lovely rooms. In general was a really good stay, would recommend to friends going to KL. The staff were really helpful with helping meet up with friends and giving me advise on where to go. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities needed.

I trusted like others the positive reviews of this hotel... biggest mistake of the year ! Price not including service charge and taxes, can find better for this price or cheaper for this quality. Rooms and windows are not soundproof at all, can easilly hear a dime falling on the floor of the next door guest as if it was...

The rooms were very clean and the staff were accommodating. The only issue for us was that we booked a non-smoking room and the person in the room beside us was smoking it came into our room through the adjoining door. There were no available rooms for us to move that night though the following night we were moved to...

This hotel is quite charming! Very clean and most of all very well located (like just 20 sec away of the subway!). The neighborhood is nice: you can easily find cheap places to eat. It's unfortunate that's the room are quite small even for a superior one! But despites that I liked it!

After watching several photos of the hotel and having read the positive reviews about the place, we decided to stay there during our trip to Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately we were not quite satisfied with what we encountered. We booked the family room and smarter by the experience now, we would have booked two double rooms now instead. The rooms were...

The rooms here were very comfortable and clean and the WiFi was the best I've experienced in Southeast Asia. The location was a bit inconvenient since it's near the end of the monorail and that's a bit slower than the other trains, but it's still pretty easy to get anywhere in the city. The in-hotel restaurant is useless for breakfast,...
