So sad that this was our shortest place to stay in Kuala Lumpur because we loved it. Easy 10 minutes walking distance to Arab street which is the middle of Bukit Bintang. Lovely place !! we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment fully modern and well equipped air conditioning throughout. Kitchen had everything from plates,cups ,pots and pans cutlery. A Hugh double fridge. Coffee machine washer and dryer and more. A feeling of warmth and comfort as soon as you walk in. My only disappointment was the two single beds in 3 room weren’t that comfy as they were roll out beds with thin uncomfortable mattress. With everything being perfect this lowered the standard of the apartment. The Hugh pool and outdoor area was amazing. Having said that I would recommend it and definitely once in KL I will ❤️to stay there again.…

I would like to start at the beginning, from my first visit to view the unit I was impressed with how well the Lanson Place is maintained. The unit was showed around to me by the Regional Manager, Anson Chan who I found to be quite efficient and responsible, he prepared the room exactly to the specifications that I requested for and for that I am thankful. I then met the Resident Manager Mike Chan at breakfast who is a friendly person and if you're reading this Mike I would like to inform you that I am thankful for the restaurant recommendation that you provided me with for the trip to Malacca, thanks again, the food was delicious. I would also like to mention four other people specifically, the first would be Mr. Parshuram (from Nepal) who works in the housekeeping department, I found him to be courteous in his interactions with me and helpful with showing me how things worked in the unit, from the washer/dryer to the dish-washing machine, thank you. Secondly I would like to mention Mr. Ali from housekeeping as well who did a fantastic job in cleaning the rooms, from mopping and vacuuming the floors to the bed and toiletries arrangements he did a fantastic job at making sure the unit was in top shape, thank you so much. Thirdly I would like to mention Mr. Humeir (from Sarawak) who works at the concierge and the lounge during breakfast, if you are reading this I would like you to know how much I appreciate your professionalism and your mannerisms in engaging with the guests at Lanson Place, I would also like to mention how impressed I was that you would remember my egg orders specifically everyday, I am sorry if it was a tad bit confusing but you always got it right. Thank you for that. I do hope Lanson Place trains more of their staff to be as professional as you are, thanks again, and finally I would like to thank Mr. Badrul, it was kind of you in assisting me during the check out process. Nice room. Spacious n clean. Staffs r friendly, attentive n approachable. Nice scenery on the 48th floor where we had our breakfast. Good spread of breakfast. Value for money. Wide selections of local n international channels on tv for us to watch.

Fantastic service by the staffs and accommodation was great. Very clean and hygienic. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Definitely my choice of accommodation when travelling to Kuala Lumpur! As we do self-drives, parking security is great which allows us to be worry-free! Keep up the good service!

A wonderful peaceful place to get away in the city. Walking distance to nearby restaurants and jalan Alor . Huge rooms and very clean. Well equipped kitchen. If you are looking for a service residence, look no further. This is it. Excellent manager. Thank you to Mr Mike and so many more staff that I can't remember.

To the friendly staff who have answered all my queries professionally and handled our check-in (and check-out) process smoothly — a huge thank you to all of you (I’m sorry I didn’t get your names). Two-bedroom apartment was like a home to my small family and we immensely enjoyed staying there. Shower was great, AC cooling was efficient, bed was heaven! Will be back. Highly recommended. We stayed in single room apartment. The unit had full facilities - parking, tv, induction cooker, washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher etc. - which was perfect for our stay as we were there for a month. Despite its age the unit was clean and well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was that some upgrading is in order as tv monitors cannot be linked to internet or ipads and rugs need to be replaced.
