Room is very spacious and have bathtub. Please request higher floor if you want to have a perfect city view. For wifi, not sure why my apple device was unable to connect but can connect with android. Overall, the price per night not really suitable with what this hotel can offer.

Dingy place bad service had to call more than once for the same thing multiple times for different instances. When you take a shower it smells like sewage. Sheets had stains. TV didn't really work very fuzzy and hardly any channels.

First impression as I walk in the lobby. It is old traditional hotel build in 1980-90s. Reception service is alright. They check me in with a manually handwritten receipt. I pay RM150 per night for a queen size bed room. As I enter the room, the first thing I ask is wifi connection. The connection is down. The toilet/bathroom is...

Stay at this hotel for 3 days 2 nights for business purposes. This hotel need a serious action by the management especially the rooms & its cleanliness. The bathroom was to dirty. The moment you enter the hotel lift we will get smelly smell for the carpet. The only things i can tolerete at this hotel was its buffet breakfast....

I booked the executive room and paid 200 ringgit per night. When i booked the staff didn't inform me anything about the refund policies. So when my husband and i arrived at the hotel, we had to carry our luggages ourselves to the room. The hotel was not busy and the was no door boy on duty. At the reception...

The hotel looks nice from outside and looks bad from the inside. Rooms r not in good condition, it seems that the management hasn't done any renovation recently. The room smells bad and there're cockroaches in the sofa and other parts of the room. Aircon and bathroom isn't worth the money as well. Lastly, I called the hotel and asked...

The service is bad. Reception is saying that the room will be check out tdy so that cannot provide water. During check in, ask me to wait for 1/2 hr at late night cuz they couldn't find my booking reference. Breakfast is not included. Room is small and smelly. Toilet doesn't have hand shower and the shower pipe is terrible....

Booked this hotel for a short weekend getaway with my family. Price is cheap considering the location at the city centre (walking distance to Putra World Trade Centre or PWTC) and even includes breakfast. Last time I checked in this hotel were 10 years ago. Walked into the lobby, I find that the hotel interior didn't even change, same as...
