Good place to stay for one night only. Many concerns with this place. Hmm, where to start. My top 5 reasons why you should not remain in this hotel: CONS 1. Cleanliness of room (housekeepers walk barefoot and do not use vacuum cleaner. Beds are made, and toiletries replaced but no deep cleaning. 2. Concierge service attentiveness very poor. Never...

The staff are truly excellent - friendly, helpful, professional and caring - from the managers, to the reservation desk, to the restaurant, to housekeeping, to the doormen!! The location is tops - we love being so handy to the bustling Chinatown shopping streets with lots of good eateries. Close to metro station. The rooms are comfy and clean, but a...

My boyfriend and I chose to stay one night close to Chinatown to visit some quirky spots before heading to Cameron Highlands the next day. We booked our stay at Ancasa because it seemed like it was the best hotel in the area. Our stay at Ancasa was cheap, and so we weren't expecting 5-star quality...and we definitely didn't get...

We checked in at around 2plus in the morning due to heavy traffic into Malaysia. The front desk staff, Hafiz (if I'm not wrong) was a friendly staff despite the time we checked in. Very patient in telling us where we can find food at the wee hours of the morning when my sister asked him. Hotel was very comfortable....

We've stayed there (I and my wife) for 3 days. The hotel experience was good. The food was delicious. Great value for money. Plus : - Near about : Masjid Jameek, Pudu Raya Bus Station, Petaling Street and Pasar Seni (KL Art Market) Will be my first preference if I go to KL next time.

Stayed here based on some reviews in hotels.com and its location- but was so disappointed with the entire stay. Have not paid so much for so little in South East Asia. The only saving grace was its location otherwise definitely would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Hotel seems to once have been a good and modern hotel but now it has fallen into disrepair. The bathroom floors and create a small lake for you to step into once you ate done showering. The wood on the cupboard, TV stand and skirtings all need a good cor of varnish and the walls could do with a fresh...

The hotel situated in old city area, and the hotel also may be more than 20 years old. It is only one minutes walking distance to famous fake night markets Petaling Street aka China Town, 2 minutes to Central Market (souvenirs center) and about 5-6 minutes to Masjid India Street, where you can found day markets about 2 km stretch...

Hotel is in a very good location as Chinatown is within walking distance. There's a supermarket opposite of the hotel. The view from the hotel is quite decent. Our stay was quite pleasant and it is quite accessible via train.
