Location is strategic. It is within walking distance to Paediatric department HKL. The building and facilities are old. Need to improve cleaniless and maintainance. Bedsheet was stained. Carpet looked dirty. One of the light was not working. Free buffet breakfast is available. Breakfast was nice. Staffs were friendly.

The flush of the toilet really irritated me! The pressure of the flush too slow. Beware with the room A805, if you are having stomachache...

Good breakfast, but if you are eating before 7 a.m., some of the food will be not so hot..

Before 7 a.m., nasi lemak (glutinous rice) still not be served...

Nice omelet 👍

i had a bad experience with this hotel, the hotel staff is unfriendly and rude, staff should be trained on how to be more polite and courteous, we checked in around 8 pm the checked in process is quite fast, we were given room B1713, upon receiving our room keys we checked into the room, it was quite spacious as we were given room with two single beds, the view is spectacular whereby we can see the twin tower, me and my two kids were quite pleased at first, but to our surprised we were attacked by BED BUGS yes bed bugs lots of them, during our stay we can hardly sleep though, i think the management should really do something about this....i think it will be my first and the last with this hotel.....

The Intercontinental Hotel is a good 5 star hotel in Kuala Lumpur. I booked a room at the Intercontinental Club and the service and friendliness of the club floor staff was outstanding. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is very close to the Petronas Towers and other highlights, also the Trainstaition is only a few minutes walk away. The concierge service is also recommended. I can recommend this hotel 100%.

This hotel is located nearby the historical district of Kuala Lumpur (Kampung Baru).
Close to the weekend vintage market area. Decent view from hotel rooms. Spacious room and nice breakfast. Variety of food choices from the traditional malay to western breakfast.

The hotel is ok, the staff is very friendly and efficient! The safety box wasn't working and they fixed it straight away, the rooms swipe card stopped working and they changed it in a sec, we asked for a baby cot and it was in the room whitin 10min. The room has a nice view and the bkfast was mostly local food which was a bit bad for us as we don't like spicy food, but it was ok.
HORRIBLE LOCATION specially if you're traveling w kids, the area around the hotel is just shocking! It's NOT close to the twin towers AT ALL, only if you get a taxi, which cost aprox AUD$5 very cheap! But I'd rather pay a bit more and stay in a nice area. If you are traveling to KL and want a pleasant stay, be prepare to pay over AUD$100/night, you won't be disappointed. Don't waist your time trying to save money in accommodation, it's not worth it!

Stay for 1 nite with 2 Rooms. Overall im ok with the rooms. Check in time take VERY long time to entertained. 1 guest take about 15 - 20 minutes to issue the key.

2 of Front office staff were cant wait to finished their duty. It show in front of Guest and this is so not professional for those who work in hospitality industry.

Im not satisfied with the F&B site. Bring 5 persons for Ramadhan Buffet Dinner and they located us in the ballroom.. Estimated around 22 tables (110 pax Estimated)
All main items finished at 7.30pm right after Berbuka Puasa. No food replenishment. I had Talked to one of the staff and she said "Yes sir we will refill the food"..but after then she and the rest of staff were missing without any action. There is only 2 youngster staff clearing the whole table.

Dont let me tell you the situation during the Sahur time. JUST LIKE A ZOO.

I WILL NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL ANYMORE. NO MATTER WHAT.

i'm stay here 4 days 3 nights, the location its good, easy to find it the only that the car park only open till 12 m/night , then if i comeback to the hotel after 12 m/night my car can park at back hotel (open air) , i feel more secure if i can park at ground basement. buffet breakfast a lot of variety , especially local people, suggest to Management to train your staff to more polite & respect customer cause during breakfast i request for noodle soup than the staff busy with hand phone. how ever i i will be there again for my next trip
