Room was too small. Walkable to Jalan alor.happening place. best place to have street food. Good for only spending nights. Breakfast is just bread butter coffee jam. Microwave and electric kettle can be used at common kitchen..

Excellent location to go around. The guesthouse is not very nice, is not in the conditions that the photos shows. We booked and then we read the reviews so when we arrived we ask to see the room first, and the front desk guy told us he was going to give us the best room before have a view of...

I have booked for only one night there, then left cause of dirtiness. Not enough facility, Dirty bathroom and very bad atmosphere even in the lobby. Staff are polite but based on this experience, I never book this guesthouse again.

Me and my friends stayed there for a week and returned in a month time to stay for another 5 nights. The staff was very nice to us and gave us a pretty good discount on the room. We had a sink in it and the bathroom was just outside our room. They've cleaned it a few times with changing...

One of the worst places I've stayed in my life. The second night there was a cockroach on my pillow. We left even though we still had one more night booked. Hotel owner is also unpleased and rude. We told him about our problem and he couldn't care less. A cockroach on your pillow doesn't qualify as a refund. The...

I stayed in Number Eight Guesthouse years ago. Stupidly, without checking out the latest reviews, I booked 3 rooms for my recent trip to KL, with my friends. It was an embarrassment. My friend's room was full of cockroaches and dirty bathroom wall. I felt bad that they did not sleep well, as the cockroaches were running around. The breakfast...

The location is quite convenience to travel to nearby attraction and the train, also on foot. It is good enought for a budget accommodation. We booked for 3 persons and we got a big room. I stayed here many years ago and just remind the name.

I wanted to find a cheap room for my two nights in KL and the nicest place I found was a female dormitory at 8eith hostel. At least it looked like a proper room and not like a prison cell as private rooms for about same price in other places. The staff was friendly. The price also includes breakfast.

“Avoid the rooms 803,804,805 with so much noise because they are close to the kitchen, in case you call that kitchen. Rooms in top floor are full of bugs, so choose carefully before you even pay. They won't refund your money, it is like one way street.”
