I stayed here on March 6th 2016 with my son. I got big room with bath tub. It's located in chowkit. Actually citrus hotel is little bit far from city center. Unfortunately i only stayed for about 3 hours because i have to reach my bus at nite.

Though the hotel is situated in the notorious region of KL, Chow Kit, but the morning and day environment of the surrounding is rather pleasant. Do not stray around during the night. Nice Bak Kut Teh around if you are bold enough to wander around in the middle of night. Other than that you will find the usual Mama store...

Just what we needed for a few day's rest in KL from a few weeks hectic backpacking. Clean spacious room, big comfy King size bed, and proper shower! The rooms were a little shabby round the edges but it was perfect for us. The hotel had a fantastic swimming pool on the second floor which we had to our selves...

So far not so good not so bad..room service was very bad so many insects not happy but guy from reception Mr.Arun help us and upgrade us without any extra charges.dis guy make u smile....all over i must say hotel can improve i love to visit one more time

so far so good..service was good..credits to bell service/security/reception and room service just frustrated with the refrigerator is not cold at all..wifi super duper speeds...maybe will come back again within this year ...

Truly 3 star hotel, front desk staff very helpful, upgraded us to the excutive floor. And here's why: Room was tiny.. Noises from street are annoyingly heard.. A/C isn't cold.. The phone and TV remote are not working.. The safe won't open.. There was no iron.. Breakfast wasn't good.. At breakfast,, the staff were loud and unprofessional.. Not recommended for more than a night or two moa.md@hotmail.com
