This hotel has been better days Good points The well located near the monorail station ,this in-turn easy from KL Central station Comfortable bed and clean fresh bed sheets Bad points The room is not clean ,The carpet was old , scraps on it .It needs a good vacuum The bathrooms reminded me of a prefabricated mobile cubicle ,small small ,a tight squeeze Only had soap cum shampoo dispenser and a box of tissue nothing else. Thin towels are old and felt clean Its fine if you are man but for ladies its not . Breakfast A decent selection for every type of clients a bit of everything ITs a nightmare that so many ppl at the same time handling food with standing side by side . Everyone touching the same spoons to take food. ITs has the slowest lifts IT would be safer for the hotel to provide disposal gloves to use to handle the spoons to take the food. The sanitiser bottles are empty wherever I don't think I will stay here again . It was little stressful The front office staff were helpful . …

Average hotel with decent service. This is an express hotel, so worth it if you need a place to stay for a couple of nights where you are going to be out most of the time and only need a place to stay the night. The rooms are small, but the location of the hotel is perfect as it's easy to get around KLCC.

It was a nice stay. I came as a solo traveler. Check-in was easy and quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Room was nice arrange and bed was comfortable. Staff was willing to help and everyday clean the room nicely. Breakfast buffet was full with good spread. Hotel situated in a central location and can walk to most of the attractions and shopping malls.As well as it's very near to the Raja Chulan railway station. There are some grocery shops and food options near to the hotel. It was a wonderful stay.

Great stay, clean room good bfast. Near by shopping mall. 2 night stay, staff friendly, helpfull. Stay at 19 floor, easy access 4 elevator, not waiting to long. For sure we will back again. Saddly 2 nd night our key doesnt work but security staff with courteous help us re program the key. Bravo

Clean and nice hotel.Good location as within walking distance to many interesting spot such as pavilion. standard room quite small which i think suitable for 1 adult only.not much varieties for breakfast menu and repeative.npt attractive menu for vegetarian corner.overall, diffinetly will come back.

Helpful staff, excellent service. 1. Once I came back home and noticed that the housekeeping forgot to provide towels in the room. I told the front desk people, they sent towels to the room in 5 minutes. 2 Once we bought food from outside but forgot to bring spoon/fork from the restaurant. I requested the front desk staff for those. They gave me a set right away. Again very helpful. Also, the hotel serve good breakfast.

Quite, comfy, and great location. I understand that this is - so called - express hotel or smart stay hotel, but still handling my own luggages are not so smart, its not an extra to just cancel it for smart stay or express hotel. That is a mandatory service and should be provided to guests regardless of hotel or stay type, especially with the front desk being on the 1st floor. Breakfast options are very limited, with no egg station!! I end up having only chicken sausages for breakfast for 5 days. They say it’s a free breakfast hotel, but still they could make it better without breaking their bank. Some times I experienced issues with the internet, but nothing serious. Checking in/out was really smooth. The room, loved it. Overall it was okay. would I come again? Maybe.

The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to night market, pavilion, klcc, within 15 minutes. The room was great, soft bed, soft pillows, good breakfast. The employee named Rubi was very helpful when we checked in.

Checkin was fast. All the benefits were clearly explained during check in. Bedding and bath amenities are brand standard that you would expect from all holiday inn express and the room was clean. Noise insulation from the corridor and the road was below average. Vehicular noise can be heard even though my room was situated at a high floor. Guests along the corridor can be heard whenever they return or leave their rooms. Light sleepers may want to request for a room that’s situated further down the corridor and not facing Jalan Raja Chulan road. Breakfast is complimentary regardless of room type, there is a selection of bread and pastries, fruits, cereal and hot food available. Food offered gets the job done if you are in a rush, if not there are plenty of options around the property. Location of the property is very good. Within minutes of monorail station and Bukit Bintang by foot, where plenty of shopping is located.…
