This hotel has improved a lot. The staff are efficient and the location is perfect if you have business in Quezon City area. If you are a traveller and wish to be in Makati, Paranaque, this is not the hotel for you because it is far about 1.5 to 2 hours to get there. Pros: Plenty of restaurants in the...

I had a meeting here and I booked one of their function rooms. Although the function room is relatively old compared to newer hotels, we had all we need. A good sound system, good tech equipments and even nice internet connection in the room itself. Staff was very attentive to our needs and made sure all our requirements are answered....

Sulo Hotel in Luzon is an average hotel but if you are on a tight budget, this can be considered for a night. Being a budget hotel do not expect much from the service front. However the staff are friendly.

I visited this hotel in Dec 2015. I had a horrible experience with the management and the environment of the hotel. While the hotel was absolutely gorgeous with great food and staff, it went south at night. There was a wedding party at the party room which was located 3 doors away from my room. I called the staff at...

Only 4 days here, with some friends. We attended a meeting for staffs for Asian Region. As a 3 (or 4) stars hotel, Sulo not provide all services we needs. But all Staffs eager to help and provide all informations we need, about malls, entertainments we can get etc.

Stayed here 2 nights to be close to a wedding venue. Never again. Although there are only 2 floors, there is no elevator nor A/C in the hall except in the lobby. Shower didn't drain properly so dirty water was just sitting and accumulating unless you kicked it to the drain. There was dirt embedded on the grout-- just dirty...

The outside and lobby of this hotel are OK, but pretty much everything else is so-so at best. Rooms are plain; meeting rooms small with poor acoustics; extra charges for internet service; mediocre food. Prices are high for what you get. This hotel has been banking on the fact that it's been pretty much the only option in Quezon City...

I remember that Sulo Hotel is already existing when I was in college. Now that I'm working, I had an opportunity to visit it again after so many years thru a business conference we held at that hotel. Our company made use of the Grand Ballroom. It's not that big anymore compared to newer hotels. Airconditioning system wasn't that strong...

This was one of the hotels I visited when I was preparing for my wedding. Hotel itself was beautiful, but I didn't choose it because of the very bad customer service. Reception staff were not welcoming, sales staff do not reply to emails. Also, at the room rates they were offering, you can get better hotels in QC like Luxent...
