I stayed in their dormitory bed. I was not inform that the room will be shared with both Man and women. Im comfortably lying on bed sleeping, imagine my horror when i wake up two guys wearing boxers shorts is the first thing i saw. I did not finish my stay there and immediately check out . The AC was...

For the discerning budget backpacker navigating the monstrous cityscape of Manilla, Chill-out Guesthouse can be viewed as a "safe pair of hands." It's close proximity to the airport (around a 300 pesos 30 minute taxi ride) and to the Mall of Asia (20 minute Jeepney journey) as well as a 5 minute walk away from a Robinsons Mall, makes it...

We stayed for three nights and found the location to be handy to restaurants, Robinson's Place Mall, Manila Bay and Intramuros. There are mini-marts nearby also. However the area was noisy with traffic, music, dogs barking all night. A room at the back might be better. I got earplugs! The room was basic with two beds, a safe, AC and...

My stay in Chill-out GH was good, although nothing special. The people are friendly, the facilities are ok. It's a real Guest House. I loved the location, the free coffee/tea and the restaurant. I would stay here again...

We arrived and the woman at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed (safe, mirror, hot water). On our first stay here, we were not provided with toilet roll or towels which we were fine with. However when we returned for our second stay we were provided with these things...

During our trip in the Philippines, we had to go to Manila 3 times. We stayed at the chill out guesthouse the 3 times. Staff were really nice to us, they accomodated us in many different ways. It is true that their cheapest private room has no window and we chose to pay a bit more for windows and AC....

Travel can be extremely complicated in the Philippines; but we found that the staff at Chillout were the most knowledgeable and helpful we encountered on our trip around the country, (albeit very laid back). They didn't try to rip us off at all, and if they were unable to help us out directly, they pointed us to someone who could....

We came to the guesthouse after flying into Manila from Indonesia. The staff was polite & friendly, especially Pines; she helped us find a booking office for tickets to Cebu to go diving & was extremely helpful. The guesthouse has free coffee & a reasonably-priced restaurant downstairs, or you can use the fridge/kitchen on the 2nd floor if you are...

I booked a night here on Agoda and my room was on 2nd floor. Started well until the kareoke bar downstairs started for the night. I asked the reception guy what time it would finish and they suposively turned it down. They didn't so I went out and had 6 drinks thinking I would come back drunk and be able...
