Just had my birthday celebration at The Bayleaf Intramuros. This is already our third event with them and as always the food is great and the service is excellent. One worth mentioning is the warm welcome at the lobby and at the reception - remembering my first name as I am approaching the counter. We are regular clients of other...

The title says it all. The service we received from start to finish was top class. Checkin was efficient and quick as was checkout. The rooms can be a little small in some cases. The appointments to the rooms were very good and it was clean well everyday. Their entire team made us feel very welcome. Others have commented on...

I don't understand why this place is rated so good that it's ranked #2 in Manila. The Good: Staff is friendly and attentive. The Bad & Ugly: Rooms look nice on pictures, in reality they are not very well maintained. Couple of stains here and there, especially the bathrooms must have been neglected for a while. There is mold and...

Stayed only for a night but the experience was overwhelming. Staff were approachable and accommodating and are ready to answer all of our questions. The food served at The spoons were fantastic as the view is also great during dinner time. Sadly, taxi can be a problem to the area as you need to walk outside the area or outside...

It's a shame that I can only give the Bayleaf 2 stars as they do several things very well but they urgently need to improve the taxi problem. We were very pleased to be upgraded to a suite when we arrived, with a great view over the walls, golf course and city hall. We had a very tasty Italian meal...

Customer service is excellent and has floor to ceiling windows making for great views of the walls of Intramuros. Our room had a view of the Manila City Hall as well. Located inside the Intramuros walls, it's a short walk to Manila Cathedral and Fort Santiago. You must try the Sky Deck restaurant at the top floor of the hotel,...

Stayed one night at this place. The room was quite small but was on 7th floor and with full height windows had a great view over the golf course & beyond. Considering this is a good class hotel in the middle of a capital city it is (for a westerner at least) good value for money. The rooftop restaurant served...

The Bayleaf was good value for our overnight stay on our way to Palawan. It was our first visit to Manila and the Philippines and, travelling as a mother and adult daughter duo, we wanted somewhere interesting, professionally managed and safe. The Bayleaf was all these things. Taxi Tip: First up, don't get ripped off like we did, and other...

We were booked in The Bayleaf for one night. When we entered the hotel, we were greeted by their friendly staff. In the lobby you could see the awards/recognition from TripAdvisor. Going to the room, we were a bit lost because of the arrangement of the rooms. The view from the room was beautiful. It was overlooking the walls of...

My third stay and the usual spirit of excellence is everywhere you look at the BayLeaf. The friendly staff never ceases to amaze! 9Spoons and Raffael's provide value and excellent satisfying dishes. Francis Serrano worked his magic as usual and accomadated me with nailing down reservations. I will definitely return next year. I might never stay at a different hotel...
