Customer service is excellent and has floor to ceiling windows making for great views of the walls of Intramuros. Our room had a view of the Manila City Hall as well. Located inside the Intramuros walls, it's a short walk to Manila Cathedral and Fort Santiago. You must try the Sky Deck restaurant at the top floor of the hotel,...

Stayed one night at this place. The room was quite small but was on 7th floor and with full height windows had a great view over the golf course & beyond. Considering this is a good class hotel in the middle of a capital city it is (for a westerner at least) good value for money. The rooftop restaurant served...

The Bayleaf was good value for our overnight stay on our way to Palawan. It was our first visit to Manila and the Philippines and, travelling as a mother and adult daughter duo, we wanted somewhere interesting, professionally managed and safe. The Bayleaf was all these things. Taxi Tip: First up, don't get ripped off like we did, and other...

We were booked in The Bayleaf for one night. When we entered the hotel, we were greeted by their friendly staff. In the lobby you could see the awards/recognition from TripAdvisor. Going to the room, we were a bit lost because of the arrangement of the rooms. The view from the room was beautiful. It was overlooking the walls of...

My third stay and the usual spirit of excellence is everywhere you look at the BayLeaf. The friendly staff never ceases to amaze! 9Spoons and Raffael's provide value and excellent satisfying dishes. Francis Serrano worked his magic as usual and accomadated me with nailing down reservations. I will definitely return next year. I might never stay at a different hotel...

I still think this place is a hidden gem, a great value and one of the better hotels. Location - Intramuros, so much history. View of the fort wall from the room again was nice. Of course views from the rooftop was even better. Check in was quick, room was quiet, bed was nice, bathroom worked as expected, water was...

Stayed here two nights. Very impressed with the staff who were very friendly and extremely accommodating. Some examples: we ordered a grab-a-taxi, the driver missed the hotel and drove past, so the doorman ran down the road after it in the torrential rain. We order a laundry service - we didn't ask for urgent turnaround but the staff got it...

The roofdeck was beautiful, the food was great, and the staff was extremely kind and friendly. Unfortunately, I can't look past the fact that our sheets had stains on them and we found a cockroach in our room.

The rooms are very good. They offer stunning views of the bay and Metro Manila's skyline. The breakfast buffet offers local as well as American dishes. The dinner and lunch are also good. The most important aspect of my stay in this boutique hotel is the attention of the staff, mostly students of Lyceum. They are taught how to pay...
