I had to make a last minute change and stayed here the night before flying out. The room and hotel were to quality and rich in history, interesting design and original decor. Luxury yes, convenience yes, helpful staff, good food, yes, safety yes. It's close to the US Embassy and downtown things to see. It's also away from the exhaust... More

This once storied and grand hotel has lost a lot of its appeal over the past 3 years. As the hotel relies more and more on Filipino OFWs and their large family groups for its customer base, its standards have fallen noticeably. The formerly oustanding breakfast and lunch buffets are now boring filipino family fare heavily reliant on pork, patries,... More

2nd time to write a review for The Manila Hotel. This hotel is always my favorite. I spent my birthday at room 1117, the view is nice facing the bay. Everything is very satisfactory except for the valet parking...I queued for....more than 10 mins. The free breakfast buffet for 2 is satisfactory. If there is no occasion, dropping by to eat... Booked through Asiatravel where we got a huge discount for a deluxe room. The thing that stood out with our stay here is the impeccable service. I have been to different 5 star hotels in Manila but no one can compare the service here in Manila Hotel. The staff are genuinely attentive, courteous, sincere and helpful. Our check in was... More

The venue was the Centennial Hall. Large enough for 200 plus designers , families and regulatory officials. The table arrangement was good , anyone can pass thru without squezzing your body.Sound & lighting system was just ok.but when the time came to serve the food, things started to sort of bog down, it was a bit out of order, some were...
