Having stayed here before I did not expect any problems because the personnel is very professional and every aspect of this hotel shows quality, comfort and relaxation.
The restaurant is a plus because one does not have to venture into the unknown after having just arrived from the airport. The four of us sat down and nosed the menu.
I settled for a chocolate torte with coffee and the rest of my party ordered a full meal. Their food arrived and the three started to eat and i sat there staring at them chew. I assumed that my torte, which after was dessert, would be served when the trio was finished with their supper.
When everybody had put down their fork, the young waiter approached our table with the bill. I tried to remind him that i had ordered the chocolate torte and had only been served my coffee.
Guess what he said: "Sir, the dessert you chose is not available."
So here i was getting to pay the bill but was sent to bed without food...
I hope the management takes the time to read comments like mine and fires that incompetent waiter.

The hotel quality of food is extremely poor and serve like prisoner food in plastic trays. Each meal was scary to open. One fruit look like it had bite marks… In the back of your mind while eating, is this safe prepared meals, but for a moment there were no choices. There is no inquiry if one is diabetic, high blood, etc. There tang orange juice serve each time gave me the poo runs, maybe due to dirty faucet water used to make ice. Eventually they sent a runner to get safer food at the local 7Eleven, you just have to make a buy list. I tipped the runner P300 cause he was a life saver! Add tide laundry soap and fragrance clothes softener packs cause rhey will not wash your clothes while in 10 days quarantine. If I had a WISH-do better on food, don't serve it like prisoner trays and ask clients of any health issues rhey may have… Hotel service 👍 Room👍 Food🤮 Gross

Good day, dearest guest! Thank you for the 3-star rating you left Bayview Park Hotel Manila. We believe your concern has already been addressed during your stay. For clarification, it is a government requirement for Quarantine Hotels to serve the guests their meals in disposable trays to further lessen the spread of the virus. Regarding the bite marks, which has also been addressed, it was the way the insides of the papaya fruit was removed that resembled the said marks. Again, thank you so much for staying with us. Stay safe!

The Bayview is literally across the US Embassy and offers rooms that are compact, but comfortable and updated. There is decent WiFi, room service and if one wanted to stay for late checkout, it can be arranged for a nominal fee of about US$25-30 in local currency. Besides it’s proximity to the embassy, dining outlets, banks, groceries, pharmacies etc are just a few steps from the Bayview. Their commendable staff are also super accommodating and so solicitous.

Absolutely lovely hotel, we felt incredibly safe throughout our visit. Nothing is too much for the staff at the Bayview, they are incredibly attentive always there to offer a helping hand whether it be cleaning rooms, holding doors and carrying bags. We have been at the Bayview since 19 April and we leave today, there hasn’t been a single problem since our arrival. The staff on reception are very friendly and happy to assist with every query we have. The staff on the doors have become friends to us, they are always smiling, laughing and joking as you enter and exit and will always help you grab a lift. I cannot put into words how enjoyable our stay here has been and we will most certainly be back. The location is great as it is in the centre of everything, short walk from the Robinsons mall and across from the American Embassay, all the drivers knew where to go to drop us off. Highly recommend the hotel for long stays, we were able to leave for a period of time to go island hopping and come back and everything in our room remained the same. Friendly, welcoming, trustworthy and we will miss them dearly.

Thank you to the Bayview for having us.

Love the Panis Family x

Had a really poor experience with this hotel. Although it was a quiet time of day, check in took more than half an hour, in a lobby where there are no chairs near the reception desk so you have to stand. The door lock on the assigned room was broken, was trapped in there waiting another 90 mins whilst they tried unsuccessfully to fix it, then was told I had to move rooms, so overall lost a whole afternoon. Called to enquire about the on site massage service and was told by the phone operator that the hotel was offering me a complimentary massage. This was a pleasant surprise and so assumed this was to make up for the earlier kerfuffle and booked. When it was time for the appointment, it turned out the operator had made a mistake. The hotel acknowledged the operator had made this promise, but refused to honour it, saying 'the hotel could not take responsibility for the error made by a casual employee'.
No one at the hotel appeared interested in or able to fix anything.
Other points: Neither wifi nor the safe in the room worked. Location was good. Breakfast was ok.

I stayed overnight with my sister last week and it was our first staycation together. Though it was a short time, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would consider staying in this hotel again in the future.

Location is good. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and convenience stores that is within walking distance. There is even a mall that you can go to if you are willing to walk at least 500m. In, short it was a very convenient to stay here. We appreciated that there was a nearby Starbucks where we stayed up till late hours.

As for the room, I totally appreciate that they gave us a room that is near the fire exit. It was very spacious, everything that you expect in a hotel room is there (bathrobes, toiletries, laundry bags, slippers, etc. ) and the room is clean. Aircon also worked perfectly and the room is to our liking.

Service-wise, I would have to say it is spot-on. And, I commend this hotel for being PWD-friendly. As I was filling up the guest information, I was approached by the staff who offered me a chair so I won't standing up while writing. I really appreciate the assistance that they gave me during my stay. And, I also had a few queries in the front desk during our stay and they did their best to resolve it as soon as possible. Also, the staff is polite, friendly and attentive every single time.

And lastly, the breakfast is very nice. There are a lot of choices and it was really good!

In conclusion, we had a wonderful overnight stay in this hotel and would definitely come back in the future!

My wife and I cannot fault the hotel. Everything was fantastic for our one night stay thus far, especially being greeted by Ben (Benedicto Adiao) outside NAIA on arrival from Melbourne Australia. Ben is the representative of the Bayview Park Hotel, and he is based at NAIA. Knowing we would be tied from the flight; we had contacted the hotel from Australia and prebooked transport from NAIA to the Bayview Park Hotel. We easily found Ben who helped us with our multiple heavy suitcases and other pieces of luggage. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist who checked us in (I wish I had got her name, hopefully she will be on duty when we return back to the hotel on March 10). The room was spotlessly clean. Strong Wi-Fi both in our room and the ground floor was a bonus. The amenities were great as we both love a hot shower, and we were very happy that there was ample hot water available. All of the staff that we had any contact with were very friendly and accommodating. We are booked back into the hotel in early March for four nights before flying back home to Australia. We would not hesitate in booking a room at the Bayview Park Hotel on our next visit to the Philippines. Kind regards, Denis and Barbara Russell.

We have stayed here several times in the past. The staff are always attentive and helpful. The accommodations are exceptionally well maintained and clean. The only thing I can say is the temperature in the room never dropped below 24 degrees, even with the air-con turned off for 3 days. The food is always well prepared but a little on the pricey side. I will continue to stay with Bayview Park. Thanks to all the staff!!!

Due to the pandemic, movements in and out of the hotel were strictly monitored by the staff. Some usual routines had to be changed like breakfasts packed and delivered directly outside the room instead of buffet, trash had to be disposed by guests and had to leave it outside the room on specific time and will be collected by staff 3x a day. Room cleaning only if deemed necessary etc. Despite that, I still enjoyed my stay at Bayview Park Hotel Manila. The only thing that really bothered me would be the room service, specifically on how the staff would knock on the door. It sounded like it was an emergency needing immediate attention and it happened not just once but roughly 4x. But still, Ill rate my overall stay as excellent.

Yes I think so. But the windows have an anitiglare covering that make the view indistinct. Can't photograph through them. Its the one spoiling feature of the hotel.
