We arrived at the hotel in the evening - all very tired. Checking in and getting to our rooms was quick and seamless. Service overall was great. The rooms were very good and clean. The bed was probably the hardest bed I have ever slept on. The first night we ordered room service for dinner. Two of us ordered the...

I'am a doctor by profession and choose to stay at this hotel. I've been staying here I think since it opened. From entrance, reception to housekeeping they have great employees. Very attentive to your request and you will feel you are home. Hope there would be Arabic channels because we are staying for long. We want also more cabinets for...

Checking in the hotel was easy and quick. Never gotten to use any facilities as time doesn't permit me to(don't think there are facilities in the first place). The hotel is good just for staying with the most basic necessities. However, the towels are pretty dated with stains and the floors have hairs that were not swept up during house...

Booked this hotel as it looked reasonably priced for where it is and what it offered. The room was nice and although basic. Had wifi in room, air condition, shower in bathroom, fridge with mini-bar and decent tv. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit here again.

This hotel was quite nice and pretty large rooms on Mabini St. Lots of traffic and taxi's that pass by at all hours so it's easy to catch a cab. The neighborhood is kind of screechy so be careful of hawkers and ladies on the street looking for action. There was a casino across the street with armed security so...

It is painfully terrible! I booked because of the pictures they posted on the application I use to book but one star doesn't even come close to what I genuinely feel about this nightmarish place from hell!! In one sentence, this place is where Satan will be tortured for eternity! You would hear hookers' screams in the corridors and you...

After being stuck in traffic from the airport to the hotel, the door man was playing and watching his phone not the door, we we’re greeted by a rude staff (around 4-6pm on 07-09 Sept 16) in the check in counter. The non-smoking room that I received smells like cigarettes. Every time my wife and I went through the hotel...
