It's a small inn but with very good service, clean and well designed rooms. Their prices are okay too. I've stayed here for a couple of times, one- when my sister and I got home too late and couldn't get into my aunt's house, and two - for a birthday. There's not a lot of nice hotels around the area,...

After checking out prematurely from the nearby Great Eastern Hotel we found this tiny but very comfortable place. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. There was free parking, free wifi & free breakfast. Also it's tucked away from Quezon Ave so there's less noise. It has a kitchenette with sink, Microwave and some...

Even though the rates were quite affordable, they never skimped on the service and food they provided. Our family stayed there for nearly two weeks and we got to be friends with some of the staff. The food is great too (from the nearby cafe). They even helped me move our things to the hospital. Now that's outstanding service!

Not a very safe location. If something happens to you in front of hotel or coffee shop, hotel staff will be nice and kind, but it will only be lip service. Security guards are agency hires and "have to be contacted" or "cannot be contacted". Management can all of a sudden be difficult to reach...for weeks on end! According to...

Hotel remains clean and staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating. There was an undesirable incident to do with guests which was beyond their control. The desk clerk handled it very discreetly and graciously. More hotels should be run like the Lemon Tree Inn.

We checked in after my board examination last march. The staff are accommodating, good customer relations. Only comment would be the 6hr Wifi and the televisions are not so clear and not in the bedrooms. Spacious rooms and beautiful interiors. Good place to stay in :) Thanks Lemon Tree Inn for the great experience.

My parents had a great experience staying at Lemon Tree Inn. They stayed there for more than a week and were treated very well. From front desk to security, everyone was very nice, accommodating, and hospitable - particularly at a difficult time for my parents. Breakfast was convenient (the cafe was by the lobby), room was comfortable (though noisy at...

We had booked 3 nights here, during a family visit to Quezon City, but cancelled after the first night. This was such a shame, as this cosy place is well-appointed with very friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent adjacent coffee-shop (where the breakfasts are served). The problem centres around the internal structure of the hotel. Our superior room on...
