My colleagues had recently been to this place for an overnight seminar, and they have told me how impressive the rooms were.
Recently we have been having renovations and other house repairs done and it would be go to a relative’s place where I had been staying recently. The reason rains brought about by typhoon Carina prompted one of my friends to stay here with her family for a few days. I asked about the food which is one of the significant factors for me to stay in an establishment. When she had told me that they served delicious food I decided to give it a try for an overnight stay with my husband.

I had checked out their website to inspect the images of the rooms, but I still decided to make a direct call to find out if there was any room available. During my initial call it was Kate who assisted me with my booking and was patient in describing the room options I had. She then instructed me to text the date, details and preferences for my upcoming stay. Afterwards I got a confirmation text back and looked forward to the following day.

Upon arriving we were greeted warmly by the guard the doorman and people at the front desk. There I met Kate, Elaine and Yana and since they already had my details check in was a breeze. Since I am a person with disability, I was able to avail of a discount. We were informed that they were just preparing our room and while we waited, I decided to have coffee at the restaurant also found in the lobby.

Fel, our server, was very attentive and offered a wide selection of drinks I could try. The coffee that was served to me actually so good, that I ordered a second cup to bring with me to the room.

The room we had actually is at bar with some of the five star hotels we stayed I'll be it smaller but not cramped. I was surprised to see that there was a balcony overlooking Ateneo. The bass area was spacious as well and even had a full size bathtub. The fixtures were quite new and modern. Later before dinner we got a call from the front desk indicated that we overpaid because the rate I paid for was for a bigger room which had two beds. I've only God in the standard room with the one queen size bed. They informed me that the amount could be credited if we availed of any room service or dine in their restaurants. I appreciated the honesty they extended and even the convenience of not having to go through any complications and wait for an extended period of time for the refund to be return.

Upon having dinner in their main restaurant at the lobby my husband and I were impressed with the quality and taste of the food. We had the selection of pasta bolognaise, hamburger served with fries and a dessert of turon served with macapuno ice cream. The servings were generous and the service was consistently warm and friendly.

Their Wi-Fi was strong enough for my husband to hold an online meeting for work. The following day checkout was just as swift as check in and I think everyone wants more for their honesty and returning the amount I overpaid in the quality service they provided us during our stay.

Can't speak highly enough of the staff, there for 4-5 days and they were amazing, couldn't have been more helpful, always had a smile, quick to offer assistance and arrange anything you need.

Rooms are spacious, plenty of power outlets, beds super comfortable, linen was stain free and beautifully white, if you can get a room with a balcony I would highly recommend it.

Dining room is lovely, comfortable, plenty of open space, breakfast is cooked to order, dinners are well sized and anything on the menu could be adjusted to suit, room service was quick and delivered with a smile.

Location excellent, plenty of room off road for your taxi/uber to pull up and not be rushed due to traffic congestion. Parking available (arrange at time of booking) under hotel, secure, clean, well lit.

We’ve stayed here twice this month, each trip at least 3 nights. The place is reasonably priced without compromising on creature comforts. The staff are accommodating and are always happy to assist. The free breakfast can be improved in variety but it’s free so I wouldn’t complain about it. Even the guards who are in charge of parking & doors are nice and always smiling. Would definitely come back again, it’s a great location if you just need a cozy room to sleep at and close to the city center.

Room is very clean, service was good. And the hot tub is relaxing! The breakfast is not a buffet style but they have a restaurant that you can order more food. they charge 150 pesos for Microwave-ing takeout (outside) food though. But overall its a nice experience

We love the tranquility of the hotel, perfectly situated in a peaceful area of QC yet just minutes away from the vibrant malls of Cubao, Eastwood, and Marikina. The suite offers a comfortable, restful sleep, and the staff are exceptionally polite, humble, and welcoming. Some of the names that we remembered are Yanna, Jade, Elaine, Onyok, Nico. We spent most of our time indulging in a delightful gastronomic adventure. We can't wait to bring our family here next time.

The hotel and rooms are net and clean, as well, personnel groomed well wearing a smiley face. 🥰 Foods are well presented and delicious. 🤪 see you in my next stay with my family and friends! 🥰

The room size is okay for a family of 3 considering the beds are double sized. Room was clean . For breakfast , its not buffet but there are choices of plating and served to the table.

Their checkout time is quite long so just keep that in mind if you are in a hurry.

One issue which we faced at midnight, it was 13th Dec, and on our floor( 7th) there were 3 groups l guess were just standing at the common corridor and talking, running also calling each other from across the rooms , until at 1:30 midnight l couldn't take it , went to the reception to address, just commendable job by the lady in the reception who handled this very well . lt was not the hotel's fault but due to such ruccus l could nt sleep for a long time .

Shout out to the lady , forgot to ask her name , for managing the situation at 1:30 am .
