I’ve been visiting B Hotel since it opened many years ago and I have to say, what a positive turnaround. What an exponential improvement.

I had dinner at B Hotel’s lobby restaurant on Sept 6, 2023.

First off, the staff is great. Again, as I’ve visited this hotel since the beginning, I’ve seen all its changes. The staff tonight might be the best so far. They were quicker than the previous ones, warmer in person and more present when you speak to them.

I asked for all the names of the staff who assisted tonight:

Jenard
Gee
Crystal
Rose
Shina

Huge compliments also to Paolo, the new bartender. Absolutely well-spoken, great with drink mixing and he is also that rare one who checks in often. I’ve visited the bar quite a few times by now and Paolo is a standout. B Hotel needs to take care of him.

Gee, is one of the most magnetic food and beverage staff members I’ve seen from any hotel. Quick and oozes sincerity when helping.

Rose and Jenard were excellent and well-spoken too.

Shina and Crystal, it was my first time speaking to them and they were also professional and performed their duties above and beyond.

This night at B Hotel really stood out to me. Everyone was above and beyond.

I asked them who trained them so well. It was their overall F&B manager, Tine. I heard also that Jamil oversees the lobby and judging by tonight, his specific training for them paid off. Huge applause to both of them for training the staff so well and passing on their excellent standards. I am a firm believer that any staff is only as good as their managers and training.

Is this B Hotel’s comeback year? Because even the food is exponentially better. It shows in the more elevated presentation/styling. Love the menu choices and the taste delivers. I heard they have a new head chef, Chef Vince. B Hotel is lucky to have him. He positively changed the food game at B Hotel immediately.

With these positive staff and food changes, B Hotel has earned my loyalty once more.

Congrats to the higher management of B Hotel for having the vision to make these changes. Welcome back, B Hotel.

Checkin was fast with friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel feels safe and clean. They have staff checking the temperature of people upon entry to the building and hand sanitizers everywhere. I like that they avoid using single use plastic. Wifi was good. Location was good and there were a few restaurants within walking distance. Very highly recommended hotel for a quick getaway.

PROS:
1. Excellent value. Definitely one of the lowest priced among the accredited quarantine facilities, but also one of the newer and better hotels
2. The rooms are huge. There was a lot of space to lay out my 2 pieces of luggage, with enough floor area to do my workouts in
3. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, and the roller blinds sufficiently blacked out the room. I slept very well
4. Good cable connection and strong WiFi all throughout
5. Super attentive staff. There is always someone to pick up the phone at the front desk, even at 3AM. Extras I requested were provided within 15 minutes.
6. Good food. Meals were planned well with a rotation of chicken/beef/pork/fish, all served with veggies or stew. The meat was always very tender. Rice was served 3x a day and my request for pasta and sandwiches in lieu of was granted. Dessert or fruit came with each meal
7. The room was clean and well-kept. Didn’t see any dirty corners or filth in hidden places anywhere. The industrial design of the room was nice. The huge windows provided a decent view of the city which helped when one needed to be quarantined for 10 days. Much thought was clearly put into functionality as well
8. The water pressure in the shower was strong. Water heated quickly
9. I counted at least 5 working outlets in the room, which included universal and USB sockets
10. Had the misfortune of being checked in during an earthquake but the front desk was quick to calmly assure me that the building was being checked immediately after. I was also informed of the fire escape plan that was on the door itself
11. The hotel strictly follows IATF protocol. They disinfected all common areas after a CoVid positive guest was picked up by a DoH van. No one was allowed to check out until 15 minutes after disinfection

CONS:
1. The walls/doors are quite thin. Doors slamming could easily be heard and I could literally hear the guest in the adjacent room taking a shower
2. Snacks/merienda was not provided. Would’ve been nice

Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, whether for quarantine or leisure. I saw the rooftop pool when the hotel had just opened a couple of years ago and it was pretty good too.

I never imagine staying in a quarantine facility such as b hotel was such a stressful experience. Thinking you are kept in a room for a week without the life you had from the outside world. I stayed in a 1 bedroom suit, they provide everything you need, toiletries, water, coffee, theres a bathtub as well. The design of room is somewhat i can say modern classy look... the style you see in most of the condo building in the metro. The management I think is a pro environment so they avoid using plastic bottles in their drinking water instead they provide it using the water pitcher inside the room. Paper is also minimized. They provide a QR code fir their room service menu. Though being quarantined is a nerve wracking I felt safe staying in this facility.

We were greeted warmly when we arrived for check-in in the evening and it was hassle-free. The size of the room was satisfactory and it was enough for me and my wife. The breakfast is good and they have some specialty local dishes which I think changes on a daily basis. Traffic around the area can get bad but the location was ideal because it was close to where I was attending a meeting. Thumbs up to the very hospitable staff.

My stay in B hotel was unplanned since my reservation in other hotel got cancelled for some reason, but I was able to book from this amazing property of bellevue in the heart of quezon city!

I came from singapore so I had to book a hotel for quarantine of 7 days, just to share how fantastic my stay was! From the time I arrived at the hotel my first impression was it looks different from the outside and when you actually see the inside!!

You will be greeted by a pleasing frontdesk lady with a smile that you can see thru her eyes :) she welcomed me like I’m a regular guest. Her kindness and dedication to her job is immeasurable! If my memory still serves me right her name is keri (im nit sure in the spelling) kudos also to the housekeeping for a very fast service, though sometimes my water refill is causing much time to always call 0 but they are always fast and very sharp. The room was amazing but needs to add more light especially if you always go online and have zoom meetings. But the whole quarantine is fantastc. Thank you B hotel

Had lunch at B Hotel Quezon City on Oct 24.

I’ve been visiting B Hotel since they opened and only stopped during the pandemic’s lockdown.

Am back today and am pleasantly surprised to see changes in how they present their food. The presentation is more beautiful and elevated. The service, also, has risen in quality and speed.

Too often, hotels disappoint me when it comes to styling or taste. I hold them to a higher standard because of their higher prices.

The lunch at B Hotel today was both delicious and gorgeous. The rice had a sliver of banana leaf underneath. Such a small detail but absolutely memorable.

The fried chicken, Alejandro’s Chicken, was served on a chic black plate, with perfectly-cooked potato wedges. The gravy was a bit too peppery than what we are all used to but at least it was different from other hotels.

I enjoyed lunch so much that I decided to stay, order some more and get coffee and dessert. Sarah was awesome in giving dessert suggestions. She suggested the Banana Tart and true enough, it was delicious and satisfying. Beautifully-styled too.

Big congratulations to the management of B Hotel for this positive and elevated change in food. If I have important clients and meetings, I will no longer be shy nor hesitant to dine them here at B Hotel.

Compliments to the lobby restaurant and pastry corner team today for the excellent and speedy service:

We were impressed by industrial inspired design of the rooms, and that they were kept very clean throughout our stay. We were specially pleased when the staff made animals out of towels, which was an absolute treat to our toddler whose obsessed with animals atm. Food and beverages in the lobby was good as well. Security staff were accomodating re parking towards our guests who came to see us at the hotel. Thanks to the team for making our stay a wonderful experience😊

The room is always clean. My room attendant (Hero) always ensure that my room is good as new as the first day every time I attend meetings outside. The reception is also responsive to my needs whether big or small, especially when I needed a safety pin. Their rooms are not just spacious, but also aesthetically designed with an industrial look. The bed is also divine with huge windows that give a welcoming feel of the world outside. I also love their buffet food set up. Overall, it is a nice place to stay whether for work or leisure.

I have stayed here in this hotel as I need to undergo quarantine. I must say that it is a home away from home bc of the cozy spacious rooms they have and not only that, I was totally impressed on how they well sanitized the room they have given me(I should know bc this pandemic made me paranoid in terms of cleanliness in everything). Kuddos as well to all the staffs, specially the front desk, for anticipating my needs. I will surely stay in your hotel again once pandemic is over!
