Ali and his family should be proud of the business they run and the service provided. Everyone else says all the nice things, which we agree with, so I am just going to note a few minus issues to create a balance: poolside can get dangerously slippery when wet; the adjacent road is busy and noisy (very noticeable if you... I write this review while sitting in the pool side bar, waiting for our airport transfer, having spent two weeks in this lovely hotel! This is a family run place, and is really friendly! The daughter, who runs the pool bar and restaurant is brilliant, and always serves with a smile on her face! The only thing that stopped us... More

The hotel is an apartment hotel, with simple facilities and is only a 3 star but the customer service and attitude from the family run team behind it made me give it a 5 star review! They are so welcoming, and the cleaner couldn't do enough to pitch in and help too. They were very helpful with travel advice and... More

Just back from 10 days at the Lemon Tree, the accommodation is basic but clean and spacious. The Pool area is never crowded so no rushing for Sunbeds. Gum bet is an easy 10min walk where you can find all the bars and shops you need. bitez a little further 25 mins this is a more upmarket area with restaurants... More

Was expecting a small homely hotel, but it is in fact very dated. Bed sheets have holes in them and are dirty, the rooms aren't cleaned thoroughly, and whilst we thought we would receive fresh towels daily it was once every four days if we were lucky. There is only air conditioning in one room and you have to pay... More

Just got back after staying for 2 weeks at this relaxing and friendly apart-hotel, the room was cleaned and the linen changed regularly. The staff were all great and the food was cheap, the pool was a big plus as the two young kids and their older sister spent most days lazing next and playing in the pool. We will... More

Arrived to find only 2 out of our 3 rooms were available - had booked months ago so why was the 3rd room not ready, no explanation given! They tried compensating with AC - that was supposed to be included in the price so very confused. We'd had an exhausting flight and just wanted to put our bags down (which... More

Stayed at this amazingly good value apartment hotel for a week in a two bedroom apartment. The overall impression is of quiet efficiency. It never felt crowded even though we were there at peak season. The pool is a perfect temperature and is deep both ends. An adult can just about stand on tiptoes with head out of the pool.... More

We were booked to stay in another hotel but after 2 days of a really uncomfortable bed we had to move. My brother-in-law wife and 3 kids were staying here so recommended we stay there as well for the next 18 days of our holidays. The rooms need a little update but beds were comfortable and there was a daily... More
