Aman has brought its unique and superior recipe to the area where ancient kingdoms once roamed and left great ruins - Halicarnassus, Ephesus and others. Now a new remarkable series of buildings rises not far from Bodrum: an Anatolian village of pink and other stones created by Aman, staggeringly photogenic from just about every corner, centering round a pool nearly...

Let’s be clear – you pay per night here (without food and drinks!) what most people spend on a week’s holiday with the family. So you expect something very special. As always, Aman delivers. I had just come from the Oriental and although a beautifully designed resort, from the first moment the difference was day and night. The cottages (as...

Now I can see why people become addicted to Aman resorts and travel based upon where they have a hotel...Amanruya was our first visit to an Aman property and my husband and I were blown away. For us it was a (big) step up from Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, One & Only and Soneva. The property itself is beautiful. And...

Accommodation was great. Lovely property, but almost too perfectly styled. The deputy GM was so attentive and gave us great tips on things to do inside and outside the hotel. They managed to get their house keeping so together that we always came back from breakfast to a clean room. But, the standard of service was mixed - from great...

Being an "AMANJUNKIE" I am biased, but it also (much) more critical when things are not up to par. AMANRUYA is really everything you would want and more, when looking for a sublime time around the strikingly beautiful surroundings in the pininsula area of Bodrum. With just 36 villas, we had villa 30 that offers unobstructed views of the sea,...

Amanruya has been the third Aman resort I visited in my life. The previous two Amankila in Bali and Amanyara in Turk and Caicos were a wonderful experience. Thus my expectations regarding Amanruya was settled very high. Well, Amanruya didn't disappointed my expectations rather Amanruya went over. The building are very characteristic. In practice is e sort of a very...

We were picked up at the airport by a very nice driver. Upon arrival, we were met by the general manager and manager of the property who were very welcoming. We were taken on a nice tour of our property and then to our room. ROOMS: huge and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The outside area was very relaxing....

As soon as we were met at the Airport we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The Resort was everything I had read about and so much more. Everything was amazing. I actually found myself saying that quite a few times during our 4 day visit there. We stayed in Villa 37 which was very private with its...
