The Su Hotel Bodrum is in an intimate oasis located close to the harbour in the quieter Western Bay of Bodrum Turkey. Our hotel is close enough to walk easily to the centre of Bodrum Harbour but far enough away to ensure your stay is quiet and uninterrupted.
We booked this hotel for a one night stay over in Bodrum while holidaying in Kos for the week, choosing the hotel for it's proximity to the town but sufficiently far away not to be disturbed by it.

Sit by the pool, walk to the marina/ ocean front, enjoy a leisurely lunch at a seaside restaurant, explore the castle, shop in the excellent shopping district, go to the baths (hamami) just a couple of blocks away - near the bus station, walk to the bus station and jump on a little dolmus bus that takes you to Gumusluk and enjoy a fabulous lunch by the seaside and then walk across the short, shallow water to the archeological dig (or take a bus to any other town), get your hair done - I got mine done at the salon recommended by the hotel and got a great cut for about $12. We were there 4 nights/ 3 days and certainly didn't run out of things to do.

The hotel is in a flat area however it is on a street with no sidewalk. walking down to the harbor may be a bit difficult. However it is easy and fairly I expensive to take a cab. The hotel will call one for you that is trustworthy. When we were there it didn't feel crowded at all. The pool area is lovely. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but extremely convenient and I think you can get a satisfactory meal there on a budget. There are many restaurants on the harbor that have very competitive prices as well. The hotel is truly an oasis and while the rooms are fairly basic, they are spotless and comfortable. Enjoy!
