I was absolutely appalled by the reception staff attitude! On the day of arrival they refused to give me any room in the Royal Asarlik at all. Said that there were no rooms available and sent me for one night to the World of Wonders (very nice hotel though). On the second day I had to wait at the reception...

Family group of 5 between 76 yrs and 15 yrs. Main hotel site posed no problem for my father who uses a walking stick, although some of the outside areas required careful negotiation of several steep steps and uneven surfaces. All inclusive meal and drink choices very good includes 24 hr bar. Local alcohol very good included vodka, gin etc...

This was our second visit to this hotel. On arrival we found we had been upgraded to a Superior room. It was a lovely room, well appointed with flat screen tv, bathrobes & slippers, coffee/tea making facilities and an excellent bathroom however it was located in the older part of the hotel which has no lifts and going up and...

Was really looking forward to this holiday, as the reviews were all so good. However, when we got there it was not quite as nice as we expected. Don't get me wrong we are usually fairly easy going on holiday as we just want to enjoy it and dont usually complain for the sake of it. As it was a...

Spent a week on an all inclusive holiday. Could not fault the service of the staff and the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. Particularly reccommend the Spa on the second floor. Turkish bath, hot stone therapy all fabulous. The choice of food was incredible, would return again hoping for a room overlooking the gardens next time. Word of warning do...

We have just returned from a week at the Royal Asarlik, which was a bit of a mixed bag experience that may run counter to other, more gushingly positive reviews posted here. Firstly, if like us your previous all inclusive experience has been at Latin American/Caribbean estate style resorts, it's important to note that the Asarlik is much more of...

Sorry this is long but I wanted to be as honest as possible without missing bits out. We booked this hotel after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. At the time of booking at the travel agency we were told that all the double rooms had been taken so if we wanted this hotel we would have to book a...

Just returned from a 2 week all-inclusive stay in the Royal Asarlik hotel. On arrival the reception staff were very quick to check us in and porter took our luggage straight to our room. Our room was in the Superior part of the hotel and was set in the gardens. As we found with our first room, the room itself...

We returned from another 2 weeks in the Royal Asarlik, this is our third in 3 years. We stayed in the main hotel on the other two visits but this time we were in the old side which has been refurbished to a very high standard, both within the accommodation and the grounds. It is very quiet with a small...
