We had a great time. You have to check out the schedule for the week and hook up with Tyler in the office. We did tye-dye, movies, bbq, orientation day, and water aerobics. The rooms and parking are fine. The location to the beach is great. The pools are great. Thanks Tyler! for making it a great week. Your kindness...

Stayed at Peppertree for a short week in August. Was put in Building 30. Found it to be excellent condition, In spite of the problems with some of the other buildings being condemned. My unit was third floor, so the view was a bit better, and the deck was great! Felt like being in a private tree house, being surrounded...

I've been coming to this resort yearly for 10+ years. This year many of the buildings are condemned and waiting to be torn down and others had the decks and walkways condemned last week while I was there. It used to be such a great place to visit and it felt sad. Not sure what exactly is going on -...

We exchanged our ownership elsewhere for a week here. We stayed in a one bedroom in building 28. The unit was satisfactory if not up to our ownership units. The living room furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was equipped though could use some new pans and knives, there were two bathrooms. We were right by the outside a/c units, but...

Peppertree has been one of my favorite places to stay for years. Apparently the complex is in need of some expensive fixes. Buildings 1-14 are going to be demolished and now Buildings 15-25 decks and walkways have been condemned by the local Inspection's Office. Somebody dropped the ball somewhere. I hope the management company will get their act together soon...

First let me start by saying that this place is an absolute joke! Most of the buildings are condemned. People who have bought into the property as a time share have lost their buildings because the fees simply aren't worth the upkeep and based on what we saw during our trip, there won't be many buildings left in the near...

Peppertree is an older building that tries to maintain a better than average stay. Willing to pay for additional housekeeping was difficult. However, the staff is very polite and will go out of the way to satisfy your every request. One elevator was not working, but one seems efficient for a six story building. Workout room was more than satisfactory....

This is an excellent resort, Very clean and well maintained. We were in building 25 which is right next to the beach access. We could see the beach from our balcony. They have two outdoor pools and one indoor pool. They have luggage carts and elevators to take your luggage and supplies to your room, which was nice. They provide...

Privacy and generally nice accommodations. Near beach, indoor pool is very warm (cold beginning to spring).. My only complaint is that the doorways are narrow.. I am on crutches and that was annoying. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

We are now staying at the Peppertree in Building 19 in a one bedroom corner unit with a parking lot and ocean sky view. This is our 3rd time staying here as a timeshare exchange through RCI. We have family in Morehead City so this is a perfect location to come to but infringe by staying with one of my...
