Very nice staff. Older but well maintained. Very clean. Bathroom is small but clean I'd rather have clean but if your a large person probably won't work for you. No hair dryer or ironing but they have a laundry. They Should put ironing in laundry at least. I'd stay here again. Price is great. I'm not a critic or critical...

At the beginning of January 2017, I booked two rooms for March 3rd and 4th at this establishment. I then called a week and a half out from the dates of my scheduled stay. They confirmed I still had the rooms. Then, on the morning of March 2nd, they called me to say "they were very sorry", but there is...

I found this motel, read the reviews and tried it out. Someone else said the room was small, I agree, but traveling alone, I needed a place to sleep, not party. Very clean, and quiet. I left too early for breakfast, so no thoughts there. I would stay here again, good value and a good place .

We stayed here to celebrate Thanksgiving nearby again this year, and am happy to say: Kudos - again! It's obvious that the owners have invested time and money in the property this year, which improved the motel overall. However, there was no need to improve upon the genuine home style personality that makes Browns special to us. The price was...

I like the older park at your door motels but most are barely hanging on. Browns is probably one of those. It is well kept outside and has a really nice patio area. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Towels are worn out. Mattress was terrible. Sheets actually gave me a rug burn on my elbow when turning over...

Great accommodations, small room, but clean!!! Employees very helpful and friendly. Close to restaurants and just across the river from Maysville, Ky. They have coffee and donuts in the mornings. We will stay there the next time we go to Maysville. We give this motel a big thumbs up!!!!

We had no real complaints on our stay. Sheets were nice, pillows comfortable, flat screen wall TV & really nice soft bath towels. The bed was very firm but that seems to be the norm anymore in hotels and motels. No. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room but it wouldn't be a deal breaker for us. There is...

Stayed one night in this most basic of motels. Staff courteous and rooms are relatively clean. No coffee maker in room, and even though some was available in lobby across the parking lot, didn't feel like going across the lot at night (hard to see). TV worked OK. No dead bolt on door, just a chain that was hard to...

This is our 2nd visit to Browns and we still feel it's worth the stop. If you're looking for champagne and caviar then keep going. If your looking for a good night sleep at a very reasonable price the this is your place! At $50 +\- it's worth every penny. Reminds me of the travel lodges of the 60s and...

While visiting Ripley and the covered bridges of Brown Co, we decided to spend the night @ Brown's . Front desk clerk was very nice, we talked about the good ole days when people stayed at motels during their travels . Rooms were clean, we had a non-smoking room and it wasn't like the big chain hotels, where a non...
