I wanted a nice place to spend a night before hiking in the area and this turned out to be outstanding. Great, nice, clean room. Staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. Food was good. It was everything I hoped for

Late July driving from Disneyland to the Oregon Coast after a long day happened upon the MountIn Lodge. Got a good deL and a great room with a jacuzzi tub and a fountain outside the window on a warm summer's eve. Have a relaxing bath, great coffee and a super sleep on a comfy bed. Woke up rested and headed...

Eggs Benedict's origins are from the New York region - and a compliment on our Eggs Benedict which is home grown below Mt. Ashland, Oregon gives us smiles all around. Thank you for the review and safe traveling!

Gorgeous lodge that has you looking around for Teddy Roosevelt in the lobby, so authentically rustic you would never guess it was recently rebuilt after a fire. I'm sure the rooms are lovely but I am here to review it from a hikers point of view. PCT hikers and others are actually welcomed with open arms here! Enjoy a first...

Authentic and genuine is a perspective that is used when building and operating Callahan's. We welcome and thoroughly enjoy taking care of PCT Hikers - and I am happy you enjoyed your stay. I am also equally pleased to know that management was hospitable to your complaint which was handled appropriately. We wish you safe travels on your hiking experience.

Last week was my second stay with Callahan's at the top of the Siskyu Pass. Great room and a wonderful in house dining experience. For a few dollars more, you get a lodge experience that makes you want to stop earlier and linger over breakfast before leaving. $25 credit for breakfast gets you a great meal...not powdered eggs, pastries in...

Room with Jacuzzi was roomy and the bed very comfortable. We like the balcony with nice lounge chairs to enjoy the backdrop of lawn and trees. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner salad with fruit very tasty. Some of the other entrees were not as special as we expected.

We are thankful that you chose to stay here for your Anniversary!!! It is disappointing that our entrees were not up to your expectations. I will revisit our entree preparation and presentation to ensure our high dining standards are being met. Thank you.

We sometimes come in the winter for hot coco after playing in the snow on the mountain. They have always treated us good here. However the last time we were here, we were greeted by a less than friendly women, who wouldn't accommodate us at all after hearing we were just there for hot coco (we had our two kids...

Heather, I am sorry about your recent experience at Callahan's. We are a local pillar for winter hot chocolates and to have any guest - especially a frequent guest - voice these concerns are troubling. We have revamped our hostess position since your review in April and would like you come come back and the rounds of hot chocolate is...

Our stay at Callahan's started with a warm welcome and great information. The room was spacious, warm and relaxing. The fireplace and jacuzzi were enjoyed only second to the great views on the deck. Although a large gathering was also enjoying their stay, not a peep was heard. Dinner was excellent and staff was very courteous. I highly recommend this...

An enjoyable one-night stay with dinner and breakfast included. We arrived before the 3:00 usual time and were allowed in because the room was ready. It was a weeknight, with few guests and we were very hospitably treated. Our unique spacious room #25 had a wood-burning fireplace by comfortable chairs, a Jacuzzi, an eating area, comfortable King bed, and all...

Service was poor! Had reservations for 5:30 & planned to be in Ashland for a 7:30 show. Should be pretty doable! “Definitely choose the third or fourth floors.”
  • Wood burning fireplace with nice supply of wood. If you run out there is more in the hall way.
  • Clean and well furnished.
  • Jetted tub in room. Nice and cozy.
