Wonderful staff - very friendly and helpful. Nice clean, quiet, spacious, well equipped rooms. Can't beat the location. Just a few blocks to the theater. Groceries nearby. Having free breakfast saves time and money. Fun little extras like guest reviews of the plays posted in the lobby.

We stayed here one night prior to a 3-night stay at the Bard's Inn, which is where we usually stay in Ashland. The inability to get an additional night at the Bard's Inn led us to stay here. No rooms with king beds were available so we got probably the last room available, with two queen beds. It was very...

The Stratford is a hidden gem in Ashland. Located within walking distance from downtown and the theatres of the Shakespeare Festival, we walked morning, noon and night. The hotel offers cozy rooms and a hearty oatmeal bar breakfast. One could tell that other guests had been coming to the Stratford for years! Definitely, a winning option.

Within walking distance of the plays, shopping, and dining. Covered parking keeps the car cooler. Best restaurant, Cucina Biazzi, is right behind the Inn. Rooms are all updated and the beds are comfortable.

Decent hotel with a few nice amenities. The little store upstairs offers coffee and a nice selection of goodies. We went on a Saturday night and we enjoyed wine tasting in the evening. They also have a small pool and offer a free breakfast. Would stay here again!!

We find the Stratford to be a great place for our extended family during a week of plays in Ashland: rooms nearby each other, breakfast in the hotel, swimming pool, and a patio for group picnics. And it's all within walking distance of town.

This motel is located near downtown Ashland. It is a short walk into the main downtown area where the theaters and all the shops and restaurants are located. Our room was fairly large and comfortable. The only negative is that the shampoo dispenser didn't work very well. The continental breakfast was fine- nothing spectacular, but enough things to fill us...

The employees were helpful and the location was a nice walk to many shops and restaurants and Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Having a variety of things for breakfast was great - though I did miss having eggs of some sort by the end of our stay. The room was a decent size and had all the basic amenities.

Stratford Inn is just a short walk to the theaters. The rooms are comfortable, the service pleasant, and the included breakfast usually good. There is an indoor pool, and a cafe with espresso drinks as well as breakfast and lunch items.

A good and well-managed hotel, that needs only some food after 6 pm, the desk in room somewhere other than right beside the air conditioner, and the occasional scrub of all the things many hands touch (such as light switches, door handles, etc.)
