The guys at the front desk were great, super helpful and funny too. Everything was good apart from the cold pool and the tweakers that are possibly long term residents. I came down for breakfast only to see a tweaker guest waddling off with about 20 orange juices and all the pastries in her arms leaving none for the rest of us.

Great location in north Ashland, just blocks from the theatre. Quiet room and dark, which I appreciate. The desk help was very accommodating with information and suggestions. Fine place to stay in Ashland!

After calling what seemed like every hotel in Ashland and even some in Medford, I finally found a room at Bard's Inn. We arrived about 10pm, I think the lobby is open 24 hours. The front desk guys were very friendly and check in was easy. The hotel was a little spread out, we stayed across the street from the lobby but had no trouble finding it. Parking was a bit tight and of course you have the folks who don't seem to know how to park in one space but it worked out. The room itself was very clean and the beds were comfy. There was a cute Shakespeare theme with pictures by the room numbers. We were right down town so there are many restaurants and shops within waking distance. A little noisy at times but what ya gonna do, It's a hotel. They are pet friendly but you can't tell by any funky smells or critter hair on anything. Our room had a little patio which was nice. I will be calling Bard's Inn on our next trip to Ashland to stay here again.

Stayed here several times and always had a great stay. This time there was little incident with a room down a few from ours, but it was handled and the front desk agent was very reassuring to me and took care of everything. I ended up with a very nice discount for each night I stayed and never asked for it, since the incident was not the fault of the hotels.
