We spent five nights in Abigail's Cottage which is wonderful for 2 couples. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 bathes along with a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher. The living room has an extra sofa bed, a recliner and several chairs. The breakfasts were lavish with homemade muffins, scones or croissants as well as a hot cereal,...

Dear Penpol74 Again my apologies for the delay in responding to your review. I would like to thank you for reviewing Abigail's Vacation Cottage. I just wish that we had the room in Abigail's main house in which to let you mingle with the B and B guests. Unfortunately our dining room does not allow for the two to mix,...

The reviews are for real. This place is amazing and Adam and Susan are the best! Had a lovely one night stay with a king bed and bath. Snacks and coffee/tea and cookies available all the time. Comfy bed and keurig coffee maker in room. Breakfast was AMAZING. Warm granola and fruit as first course with poached egg and smoked...

Dear Burlingame, California My apologies for the delay in responding to your email. We finished off the 2015 Season with time running away from Adam and I. We have subsequently settled down once again now that our renovations, short break and Christmas are over and I have time to take a breather. Thank you for your review and as always...

Susan and Adam were gracious hosts. Afternoon beverages, snacks, and baked goods were available and plentiful. Adam gave us restaurant suggestions and had menus to look at. Our original reservation was for the Abigail Rockefeller room. However, guests currently staying decided to stay an extra day, so we were directed to Abigail's Garden. What a delightful cottage! It had all...

Dear Jo Ellen Thank you for being so gracious and agreeing to staying in Abigail's Garden Room. Our Rockefeller guests were very thankful that they could stay another night. We do appreciate it! Our Garden Room although outside with its own entrance is a newer room that was added to Abigail's Victorian House some years later I imagine. Not too...

First time at a B&B believe it or not and we chose a good one. Spotless rooms with nice amenities such as coffee maker, bottled water, notepad and pen, TV, Wifi, pretty linens and even a rubber ducky for your bath. Breakfast was wonderful; two courses, one with eggs, fresh fruit and fresh baked goods. We would definitely stay here...

Dear Nina Its is always a worry when choosing a place to stay when going away. Choosing a Bed and Breakfast experience can be a bit daunting especially when you have never stayed in one before. They are so different from Hotels, Airbnb etc. in the fact that they offer a more hands on experience from the owners, that personal...

First off, the breakfast food is top notch. I've been staying at B&Bs in Ashland for a long time, and I've had many great breakfasts. Breakfast at Abigail's was fantastic. The property itself is very nice. It's just a bit off the main road, but we didn't notice any traffic noise. The common areas are well-appointed and comfortable, and the...
