While traveling from CA to WA, we found the Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites to be a perfect stop based on the on-site amenities and suite prices. We found the staff very friendly and professional and the facility to be clean, just in need of some updates. Everyone seemed to follow the covid/mask protocols and our one night stay was pleasant, especially our time in the hot tub after a long days drive!

Hotel's Favourite
Everything about this place is top notch! Our king deluxe room was HUGE! The bed and sheets were some of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. The room was super clean and had a great retro vibe. Because of Covid, we picked up dinner at Luna and ate in our room. The food was delicious!! This wasn’t typical “hotel food”. It was fresh, handcrafted, bistro food. Spot on! This is probably one of my favorite hotels ever! I HIGHLY recommend!

Parking was good and room was spacious. The hotel floor we stayed on smelled horrible. Our softball organization stayed here during a tournament at US Cellular Fields (which is about 15 minutes away). Outside of the person who checked us in, the staff had a difficult time communicating in a professional and courteous manner. While they were thorough with COVID protocols, I did not appreciate being sprayed by staff with a cleaning solution. I would not stay here again.

Dear Valued Guest, We are so surprised to hear about the incident with the cleaning solution as we did not receive this feedback during your teams stay, or from the group leader. I do know that unfortunately we did have some people from the team that found the mask mandate to be hard to adhere to, but we do try our best to always be professional and friendly while educating our guests about the mask mandate that is required by our State. I am sorry that you feel this was not communicated properly and we will work with our staff on how we can continue to do so in a courteous manner. Thank You, Ashland Hills Management

Clean room, very nice staff, pet tolerant with a $20 fee. Hated the 11 am check out. We're traveling with 2 little kids, and it made for a very stressful morning having to set an early alarm to get out in time. Also the room keys stop working at 1030 to further exasperate the situation. Noon is the industry standard, charging a fee to check out at the normal time is ridiculous, won't stay here again due to the check out.

Dear Valued Guest, I am sorry that our check out time caused added stress during your stay with us. Due to the size of the property and different rooms styles we do follow the industry standard of an 11am check out. There is just the small $5/hour fee for the later check-out time. We are glad that you found the room to be clean and the staff very nice and hope that we will see you on your next trip to Ashland. Thank you

I’ve visited this hotel since I was in my mom’s tummy now I’m 22 and am starting to visit with my fiancé to be....This hotel really has a feel for family and when I was little before the remodel I remember they had the breakfast place downstairs through a door and the seating was booths from the 90s ... I learned how to play tennis here and I would eat chocolate chip cookies fresh from the oven in little paper baggies.... love this hotel so many memories can’t wait to come back and relive my childhood with my own children....
