We stayed in room 252. We were awoken by bed bug bites. We turned on the light and there were 3 bed bugs on the comforter and more on the rug on the floor between the bed and the wall. We called the front office and notified them. We put one of the live bugs between two clear cups and we gave it to the associate at the front desk. We received credit and got the heck out of there. Will never stay there again! I hope they did something about it.

Stayed at the Microtel over the Memorial Day weekend '05 (Fri-Sat night). Can't complain about the room rate, but there are reasons for it being inexpensive. The room is, in fact, micro (while individual hotels are franchised, the system is run by the No. American division of the French chain and the rooms reflect a "European-sized" scale). The double bed just fitted into the room, but was fairly comfortable. Bathroom fixtures are "Home Depot" basic grade--utilitarian. The room was well-cleaned each day (they replaced the original secretarial chair that was stained with a clean one). The front desk was pathetic--the room phone kept flashing that there was a message the entire two days, but when I called the front desk to inquire about it, I was told that a new voice mail message system was being installed and the phone would continue to flash until the new system was up and running. A friend had, in fact, called me while I was out and left a message. Guess the front desk didn't want to be bothered. Avoid the pitiful continental breakfast--grab a coffee and bagel at one of the numerous places on Airport Rd. OK for a single person for a night or two, but for couples or families it is awfully cramped quarters.

This was our second stay here. Last time, we had a room on the first floor facing toward the back of the hotel. No problem then. This time we were on the second floor, facing the front. The place is in need of repair, and apparently they are renovating it. I hope they plan on fixing the floors. The hallway floor looked warped and seemed like it was made of very flimsy material. It seemed unstable and we could hear ever step made from the floor above us. Structurally it was like a big trailer home! In our room, we could hear everything (and I mean everything) going on in the next room late into the night. We were awakened several times during the night by noise from outside as well. They need to install better quality windows that seal properly. We were finally awakened for the day by what sounded like a room of stampeding animals above us at 4:30 a.m. This place is in serious need of sound-proofing. The heater made loud noise if we turned it on, so we just left it off. The shower head was pitiful with only a dribble of water, not a pleasant find after a bad night. It was a horrible experience. We were booked for 2 nights but checked out early. The woman at the front desk didn't ask how everything was, nor did she ask why we had to check out early. They have a ton of work to do to fix things here. On the lighter side, it's a fairly clean place. No smell of smoke in the non-smoking room. The continental breakfast had improved from our last stay with plenty of bagels, english muffins, fresh apples, blueberry muffins, cereals and such. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours.

Check in went by very quickly and smoothly! I was very impressed with the room that I received at Knights Inn; it was way better than the one I stayed at in Hot Springs, AR. in 2014! Sleeping went very well, and check out was very excellent. I highly recommend this location!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The front desk staff we dealt with were rude and dressed very unprofessionally. The lobby can hardly be called a lobby. The tv remotes don't have batteries so if you don't travel with some AAs no tv for you. The bathrooms only have soap and shampoo, no conditioner. They also have no glasses for water. There are no lamps, only horrible fluorescent ceiling lights. No closet. When we accidentally spilled soda on the bed and asked for new sheets we were yelled at and told we would not get new sheets. When they finally gave in and got us some they made us put them on the bed as well as carry down the dirty ones from our room to their laundry room. And the mattress was full of cigarette burn holes. I'm honestly disgusted. I can't believe I spent money on that place.

All Knights Inns are not created equal !
I've stayed at these hotels up and down the east coast and have learned that myself the hard way .
This is the best Knights I have stayed at period.
The staff is very cordial .,the rooms are clean, somewhat small
but very clean.
The breakfast staff is very polite and friendly.
I have stayed there a number of times over the past 8 years and I keep going back.
I intend to stay there this week and don't expect anything but a pleasant stay.
Plenty of places to eat across the street. Waffle House, Red Robin ,Bethlehem Diner, Yoccos hot dogs !!! Dunkin Donuts and a movie theatre
For the money in this area it can not be beat !! Very Close to the airport and highways .

We truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Every room featured a refrigerator, new TV, and very comfortable accommodations. This was absolutely the best Knights inn I have ever stayed at. They were able to provide extra towels, a great breakfast, excellent Wi-Fi and Internet for streaming and on top of this absolutely amazing service. The front desk was very helpful and well trained

This place is by far the most disgusting and unsafe hotel we have ever stayed at. There is no lobby and it appears they cater to drug users. The entryway reeked of marijuana and my son even mentioned that he was afraid to stay there. Staff was rude, rooms were old and filthy, we'd be better off staying in our car for the night. What a waste of money.
