The staff are creeps and super rude/lazy. The toilet in my room clogged and I was told by the manager to fix it myself. And then when I left a bad review of them on google they used the email I gave them to harass me! That shows an extreme lack of professionalism. They are willing to use your private information to try and get at you. I wouldn't trust them with my ID and Debit card info! The housekeepers accused me of "locking them out" even though I always let them in and left whenever they would show up! Staying here was not worth the hassle and it definitely wasn't worth $50 a night.

My family and I have stayed at this location many times over the last few years and have never had issues like we did this time. I had one room with my 2 children and my mother had her own separate room down the hall. We were assured our rooms would be kept together but we were no where near each other. My mother had no end of trouble with her room and the incidents that occurred (she wrote a review about her stay as well). We did not have anything as bad as she did, but I can say for sure that we did not enjoy our stay. We called ahead before booking (it was a last minute booking and I know things hadn't changed since then) to see if they had breakfast. We were assured they had a breakfast and that it was just 'grab and go'. Our breakfast options consisted of hot chocolate or coffee. No food. We had an issue with our toilet getting clogged. I spoke to the person at the front desk who asked if I needed him to call someone to take care of it. I told him it would be appreciated if he did. He then said, okay well I guess I'll try and call someone. I thanked him and walked away to the pool. When I returned to the room after swimming, the toilet was still clogged and a plunger had been left outside my door to take care of it. We were given a sheet at check-in requested any items that were needed ahead of time. I requested extra towels and extra toilet paper. We were told they would be placed outside of our room in the morning. We never received these items. An outlet in our room that was being used to charge my phone as well as my daughter's DVD player for the drive home must've had a surge (unsure why because the wattage we were using was not high at all) and it fried the charging ports of the phone and DVD player. The hot tub is a joke. It used to be very nice and well kept. The jets no longer work properly (which is unfortunate because I was hoping the jets would loosen my back after having such a stiff bed for several days) and their was sand as well as what looked like skin flakes floating in the pool. The floor in the bedrooms are very slippery. My daughter was walking to get in bed and fell (twice) due to how slippery the floors are/were. This recent management change is just awful. Will not be coming back.

My family stays here alot. Upon check in, we were told the hotel was under new management like that was a good thing. First night, a baby cried the entire night while the parents argued with each other. The next 2 nights, our next door neighbor fought, yelled, had extremely loud and kinky sex. On our last day there, I slipped on the floor and injured my face, wrists, elbow and especially my knee. While soaking in the hot tub, you could see dead skin floating on the water. Oh yeah, and our toilet overflowed before we had the chance to use it. Also, heard a loud commotion in the hallway to hear a house keeper being fired.I mentioned these issues to the new management and he just shrugged it off. We were told the hours of breakfast thst was only beverages. The new management sucks and we'll find somewhere else to stay.

Me and family stopped here at the last minute and were able to get a clean room at a great price. The room and bathroom were extremely clean! I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay. :)
