The staff was nice that's the only good thing I can say about this motel. The room was disgusting, I slept in my clothes because I was afraid I would catch something, the bathroom was nasty and the sink wouldn't drain. Not a safe area either.

Thank you for choosing Red Roof Inn Amarillo for your stay. I appreciate your business, and I truly apologize for the inconveniences that you had during your stay. I wish you would have told the front desk about your problems, as we could have easily made something work, from simply switching your room to granting a discount. Also, we are...

For starters, we used to stay at Red Roof Inn exclusively whenever we traveled. It used to be the "higher end" budget friendly chain. Sadly, the company has switched from mostly "corporate" locations to mostly "franchised" locations, resulting in a severe decline in service and cleanliness! We hardly ever stay at this chain anymore and this stay confirmed that for...

Thank you for choosing Red Roof Inn Amarillo. I'm truly apologize for the inconveniences that you had. However, I do not agree with all that you have written. Franchise and corporate hotels are viewed equally in the lodging industry; it is a business for a reason, and all hotels have to comply to the same rules and regulations regardless. As...

We choice this based upon other reviews and were very pleased. They are per friendly (one dog free) and rate for king bed with tax with $52. Included microwave & fridge. The towels and sheets are worn, however clean. bathroom was spotless, tiled walls and floor had NO mold. Note in the way out of town on 40 west we...

I read many of the other very complimentary reviews, and they were right on the button. The rooms were very clean, the staff extremely courteous, and the breakfast was great. I drive through Amarillo a couple of times a year and I would definitely stay here again.

Surprisingly good accomodations for the price. For 50$ I expect an old room that smells like cigarettes, or maybe meet the junkie in the room next door. This room was clean, and new. Like others have said, it's good, not great but great value none the less. I don't usually write reviews, but I was impressed. Staff was friendly, and...

Thank you for choosing Red Roof Inn Amarillo for your Red Roof Inn stay. I'm glad you enjoyed the room and service and cleanliness. As for the breakfast, I apologize that it was not of your taste. However, not all Red Roof Inns even offer breakfast to their customers. Regardless, our location is to the advantage of the customers in...

I resided at the Red Roof Inn for an extended time and during my stay I was very satisfied with the staff. I continue to stay at Red Roof Inn when I am in town visiting relatives. Red Roof Inn in Amarillo, TX is like my second home.

We got a great price for this place so we stayed there. It was okay. Fairly clean. Breakfast was blah. On our 2nd day we passed it up and went to Cracker Barrel. That wound up costing us so much that we simply could have stayed at a better hotel with a good breakfast and not gone out to eat...

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you faced. We offer a full free breakfast including waffles, biscuits and gravy, hot and cold cereal, mini donuts, muffins, coffee, juice, milk, and toast among other things. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy that, but there were also additional options around the property that definitely would not have broken your budge. I hope...
