This location is a bit away from Austin proper so don't stay here if you need to be in town. The drive here from Austin taking some neighborhood roads to Texas 2222 is a must. and took about 50 mins with some traffic. Beautiful drive through Cat Mountain area along Texas' Colorado River to Texas 620 over the Mansfield Dam...

Unsure where to stay, we got a groupon offer and off we went, It was a very pleasant surprise and loved every moment of it. The vista was beautiful, the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was outstanding.

The hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and had a spectacular view. The room and bathroom need a good cleaning; the doors need repairs and paint, walls need drywall repair with patch and paint, window sills showing water damage, had several cockroaches in the bathroom, need updated bathroom vanity and mirrors, no clock or safe...

We booked our stay through a Groupon deal for 2 nights for a King room; upon arrival we were told something was wrong with our room and we were upgraded to a suite. The suite was very roomy and it was nice to have the extra room. The bedroom was nice with a very comfortable bed. I loved the antique...

The front desk staff were friendly enough, but they do close up shop at midnight. The room was spacious and clean. The grounds were lovely, and the view of the lake is spectacular. We had the romance package with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, a nice touch. The WiFi seemed to work reasonably well. The breakfast was excellent. One thing...

The hotel is called vintage for a reason, it's not updated or modern in any way. The Good: beautiful view, great breakfast for $10.00, looks like a great venue for a wedding. The bad: the walls are thin and a large open area in the main building carries sound very clearly and all through the night and early morning. You...

We stayed here for two nights since we were attending a wedding that was being held on property. We had only planned to stay one night and then go into Austin and stay somewhere cheaper for the second night (we drove up from Houston and planned to make a weekend of Austin) the following night but their checkout time is...

My girlfriend and I were invited to a wedding at the Vintage Villas. The wedding was great. The wedding venue was great. The hotel felt like a trap. We came into town from Southern California. Out of convenience we booked a room at the hotel where our friend's wedding was to take place. Plain & simply the hotel is WAAAAYYYY...

This Hotel needs help. Our room was very disappointing for the price we paid. No desk or tables in the room. While the shower was very large it was totally wasted space and the tile floor very slippery with no grab rails. When I asked at the desk where the elevators were, I received a smart a.. reply from the...
