Stayed here one night. Appears the property has been remodeled. My room was nice and updated. They were still working on the elevators when I was there. Parking is free, nice plus. My only complaint was that I signed up for a rate that included a gift card. I was told they were out but they would check and bring...

Dear pikapptcu, Thank you for the feedback. I am happy to see that you had a good stay with us and that you like the remodel. The elevators will be back up and running shortly, so luckily that is only a short term opportunity. I hope you were able to take advantage of our Bistro for either breakfast or lunch!...

Our stay could have been much nicer if our room did not smell like a cigarette butt! We are not smokers so it really bothered us. I brought it up the next morning because i was so tired that night (just arrived Austin) and only staying 1 night. Of course all they can say is sorry because some people do...

Dear ching-ching A, Thank you very much for the feedback on your stay with us. I can understand how frustrating the smell of smoke in a room can be. That is definitely not how your first experience should be as you arrive. We have communicated this to our rooms team and we will make sure that we evaluate the sent...

So we are Marriott rewards members and when we walked into the courtyard Marriott downtown, they said I'm sorry why don't you try the Ramada. That was very rude and it rubbed me entirely the wrong way as several other people were behind me getting rooms. You never turn down a customer and act rude to the public. And at...

The best features are the cafe bar area, which was great for breakfast, and the pleasant service. The fitness room only has 3 machines so at busy times you cannot get on a treadmill easily. The rooms have everything you need but are going to need a refurb soon.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel just to drop our luggage off. We arrived in our room to find the TV blaring loudly and what appeared to be someone else's room key on the dresser. Nothing ever came of it, but wondering if might be in someone else's room is not the best way to start a hotel...

I stayed here five years ago and had a wonderful experience then. I was impressed by their recent remodel. The hotel staff still have the same excellent level of customer service and are incredibly friendly. I felt like they were genuinely happy that I chose to stay here. Superior customer service skills! This hotel advertises that if you don't get room service you will get 250 Bonus Points on your Marriott profile. Well...it appears as though that's a lie.
