My daughter and I stayed at the Adams House while moving her to UT. The accommodations are lovely and comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious, but, most importantly, Liz and Eric and their staff make you feel as if you are visiting old friends. They helped with restaurant recommendations and shopping advice. The rooms are beautifully furnished with antiques, but have...

The only downfall of this B&B is that i was awaken several times by traffic the night of my Saturday stay, was not so of any of the other nights. Great breakfast every morning! Beautiful home. Friendly hosts.

Hi folks! Thanks so much for staying with us and sorry for the late reply - we have been super busy with projects, a constant full house, and even a little vacation for us! I wanted to first apologize for the stairs. We had some folks that had to get to their flight SUPER early that morning and unfortunately they...

We stayed here one day while visiting family on short notice. Not only did we have no trouble getting our room with only a day in advance warning, the room was absolutely lovely with all the necessities thought out. I would definitely go back again for a longer stay, the location is perfect and you are close enough to go...

We have been coming to Austin and staying at Adams House B&B almost since it opened; probably 12 years. We were just there again, last weekend. It now is run by the owner's daughter and son-in-law and they are continuing to keep it updated and with the same warm, inviting, clean, comfortable atmosphere. The beds are comfortable, the location is...

My son and I stayed at the Adams House B&B when he visited UT. We had a roomy suite with comfort and privacy for both of us. Eric and Liz are terrific hosts! Eric made homemade granola and served it for breakfast with organic yogurt and fresh fruit. The smell of the granola baking was lovely. We'll be back --...

My husband and I had just one night at the Adams House and wished we could have stayed longer. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating and truly enhanced our stay there. Our suite with a private sun porch was very clean and comfortable and we slept well. Great coffee and many choices for breakfast were appreciated. The proximity to...

My husband and I spent an evening at the Adams House B&B. It was our first experience at a b & b because we've tended to stay at hotels with pools, restaurants, etc. We had a wonderful time and would gladly stay again. The owners are gracious and knowledgable about the area. The rooms were clean and spacious and the...

There's no greater gift in today's fast-paced world than feeling completely relaxed and comfortable. I went for a last minute getaway to the Adams House B&B and had the best night's sleep in weeks. I stayed in the William T. Adams suite and marveled at the large sun porch, huge bathroom, and soft towels and linens. The bed was so...

My husband and I spent the weekend at the Adams House B & B for our wedding anniversary. It was by far one of the best B & B's we have stayed at. We stayed in the bungalow. It was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was great and we felt that they took customer...

The Elizabet Ney museum is 2 blocks from the Adams House. Elizabet Ney was a European sculptor that settled in Austin. What a privilege to discover her work by staying at the Adams House! The birds and the gardens in the neighborhood were lovely. Great location to easily get downtown in 15 minutes or so. Loved our cottage with the...
