I just stayed here at the end of October. No weird smell when I walked in, the rooms were perfectly clean, the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was pretty average and the asian decor is pretty fun considering the name. It wasn't the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at but it certainly wasn't the worst. I would stay there...

My friend and I stayed here after searching for boutique hotels in the area. We looked at the hotel's website and were encouraged by the photos. But when we arrived, we found that the rooms were nothing like the photos the hotel presented! The front lobby had a terrible odor. It smelled like a bad sewage line or something. Not...

Just got charged $571.00 for a room I never stayed in! Manager? Sandra? Says there is a no cancel policy which no one mentioned when I cancelled one month ago. Be careful if you book here, I am getting the run around

Was excited to stay at this boutique hotel. Found the Casulo hotel to be an average hotel. It was clean. The decor and design were interesting and modern. But the hotel has no life or energy to it. It looks like they spent a lot of money when designing the hotel but have since spent no money maintaining the cool...

From the get-go you can tell we were in some sort of strange time-warp. The décor is weird and the lobby is uninviting. We did not have much luck with anyone working in the front desk, they were rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all. Extremely unprofessional!!! There was also a strange musty smell in the lobby. The rooms were...

Do not stay at the Casulo Hotel. It is completely different than advertised. When you walk in, you are hit immediately with a strong, musty smell. Almost like mildew. Right then, we wanted to leave but they refused to let us out of the charge. We were stuck! We were given a room on the 2nd floor. It wasn't bad,...

This hotel is undoubtedly the most unique hotel I've ever stayed in. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside is an Asian-themed motif throughout the hotel, including the rooms. A lot of thought and went into the design of the rooms, especially the bathrooms. Very romantic layout, with a diverter valve for a "rainfall" shower head from...

I have never checked out of a hotel because of filth and dirt. First room I checked into my shoes were sticking to the bathroom floor. So I pulled back the sheet and they was dirt on the top sheet coupled with lipstick. On the bottom sheet there were several hairs. I called the front desk. She said she was...

Greetings and Salutations on this Labor Day, I did book through Expedia with supposedly VIP upgrade, there wasn't one. To charge 170 for a suite without a Television in the "Living room" area is odd. There was a TV stand, love seat, coffee table, but no TV. There was a refrigerator, no microwave. And the wall to the bathroom is...
