Very nice place, ever detail count, nice and self made breakfast (with some special house preparation different each morning). Brava House lent me a bike for the day to discover the city! I recommend the place for everything: nice, elegant and clean bedroom, nice and interesting host, well located. Quiet area. Not far from center. I was solo with a...

Located on a quiet street, it's just a few short blocks from the western edge of downtown. Nick was a gracious host. Breakfast was simple but fantastic. The dining room was large and beautiful. And the bedroom was spacious and lovely.

This great old house is just a few blocks from 6th street, 12th and Lamar. You get to stay in a homey atmosphere while being close to downtown. we were just minutes from Zilker Park, restaurants and shopping. You can take quiet walks through the neighborhood or walk down to Lamar or 6th Street. Nick makes you feel at home...

Brava House is conveniently located to everything you will want to do and see in Austin! It is also the most economical lodging choice downtown -- a beautiful historic house at an affordable price! My fiance and I stayed for four nights in April.. it was my second trip to Austin and I wanted to show him everything I loved...

Nick is a great host, friendly, considerate and a good breakfast cook! The suite was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom might not have the amenities of a hotel but I don't expect that always with a B&B. The location put us in walking distant of hip W. 6th St, the Graffiti Park and the river walking trail and pedestrian...

Beautiful house with large windows, stunning woodwork and lovely & comfortable furniture. Peaceful neighborhood of Craftsman-style homes in the Gustav Stickley style - each one is different - excellent walking area with parks and shops nearby. If you're a walker, it's a pleasant walk to the State Capitol (remember there's a hill coming back). Nick serves a delicious breakfast (every...

Brava House is a lovely B&B where you can experience living in a charming, quiet Austin neighbourhood, but still be close to downtown, where all the fun is. It really has the best of both worlds. We chose this place for its rave reviews, location and free parking. We booked the Van Gogh room, which is located at the back...

This is a well managed b&b, comfortable and well located. We were able to walk to 6th Street and beyond (Congress Avenue---you have to get past the bar scene to find good restaurants). The property is located in pleasant quiet historic neighborhood, and it's a lot of fun just to wander around looking at houses. Good lunch spots nearby. Good...

We stayed four nights in the Van Gogh room on the first floor, a newer addition to the historical house, with a private bathroom. It was as cozy as can be, with lots of light, quiet air conditioning, a tv, and small refrigerator. The home-made-from-scratch breakfasts were delicious. Nick is very knowledgeable about all things Austin, and that's a plus...

Our experience at Brava House was absolutely wonderful! Nick is a wonderful host, and the breakfasts he made were different and delicious each morning. The location is unbeatable. My boyfriend and I were there for SXSW, and we were able to walk downtown while still feeling like we were in a quaint little oasis. Newbies to Austin, Nick provided us...
