To preface, the trip was to celebrate my 1 year anniversary. I am 31 and this was my first Bed and Breakfast experience going as part of a couple. The location was incredibly convenient, with local access to great restaurants and social activities. For anyone who travels to cities and likes to go out, you'll love the fact there is...

A cosy place with elegant period furniture and a home-away-from-home feel, quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location for university visitors. The lady who prepares breakfast in building 2 is a baking genius, the high point was her blueberry pudding.

Good points. Free parking, comfy bed, nice breakfast and in particular the coffee. Centrally located. Less good points. The rug in room 19 and in the lobby room outside of it are fillthy. Despite signs in the bathroom offering to change towels if you leave them on the floor, this didn't happen because our room was not serviced once in...

The place and staff are charming and breakfast is fantastic. Be aware - there is no noise insulation so you will hear cars playing loud music late into the night, kids partying and skateboarding etc etc. I wanted to love it but did not get much sleep. Earplugs are provided (plenty of them in the room and in the lobby)...

While dropping our son off at UT, we stayed for 3 nights at this lovely inn that's right in West Campus. From the big porch with rockers and swings, to the homemade breakfasts that were different and delicious every day, we had both privacy and a gracious sense of community. Our king room was filled with antiques but also had...

We stayed in room 23 of Building 2, just to the left of the back entrance on the ground floor on a Sunday night during a university holiday period. The room was absolutely quiet all night. It didn't get as dark as I might have liked (further darkening of the transom window over the bedroom door would help), but it...

We had room 12 on the second floor. It had access to a porch. The shower was in a clawfoot tub. The bed was large and comfortable The breakfast was amazing. Free parking and walking distance to the University and a little further to the Capitol. Very helpful staff. Fresh baked cookies and other treats every day.

An authentic experience of The Inn in Austin; accessible to the downtown life and walkable distance from University of Texas in Austin. The suites are individually designed to the taste of a foregone past. The breakfast area is truly Texan from the past century... a real authentic Texan experience of downtown Austin...

Really Nice b&b that takes you back in time for a 100 years. Great experience. For breakfast 2 different dishes are served daily, that all taste great! Location is superb, directly next to the university

I am actually here as I write this review; I am relaxing with a large mug of coffee on a super comfy loveseat in the sitting room. Great food, great wifi, great location, free parking, lovely setting, our room beautifully equipped with extra blanket, fan, a fuzzing throw blanket over a side chair, even a wall mounted makeup mirror in...
