Stayed here for a week or so on business. It wasn't the Ritz, but it was a good hotel. Clean, friendly staff, small pool was nice for a soak, breakfast bar was better than most, items cooked to order. The room was clean and comfortable. The appliances were a little dated but worked just fine. Easy access to 183 and...

We stayed here with our high school students competing at the state meet. The staff was very accommodating & even held our rooms for our 330 in the morning arrival. Breakfast was the best we have ever had with a great cook who not only made the best eggs & waffles but added a show!! We will definitely stay here...

Stayed here while helping with the Hidden Pines fire which was in Bastrop County. My name was suppose to be on a block of rooms, I called twice, and they had no record of me. Our facilities guy went by the front desk at 8 pm and was told they had me on the list. I showed up at 1...

I especially like a swim after a long drive, so I called the local number to make sure the indoor pool was working. I was told it was, but when we got there it was like ice (indoor pools need to be heated). The receptionist accepted the request to increase its temperature, but when it was no better the next...

This hotel provided a pleasant surprise. A microwave, refrigerator, iron, coffee pot, hair dryer and free WiFi were included. The bathroom had a dead cricket, but the room was clean and four pillows were on each bed (double bed room). Due to the open concept, noise traveled through the hotel; it was difficult read/sleep. Evening clerk was cheerful, but busy...

NOTE: I had no Verizon service my entire stay. I couldn't call or text and was forced to use their WiFi, which was great. I believe the hotel used to be Best Western and was upgraded to a Clarion. They did a good job but you can still find signs of the old hotel. The hotel is located in a...

Many soccer teams stayed here during Austin soccer tournament, so it was crowded but fun. Hotel was clean, well maintained. Check-in was a little slow due to many teams. Also the morning breakfast was crowded, the food was plentiful - had staff cooking food items as requested (eggs, breakfast items). The kids enjoyed hanging out at the pool, gym and...

This is a very run down property. Front desk is very rude and unhelpful. Drug infested neighborhood , right behind the Hotel. Would not recommend this hotel for any one. Safety issues, hotel smells like grandma'S house.

Once we got moved from the mildew smelling "Jacuzzi room" that we didn't mean to book, we liked everything about the hotel. It was clean, but they were apparently having problems with towels & wash cloths, because they only wanted us to have 1 washcloth a day, and 2 towels.

What a disappointment! I absolutely can NOT recommend. It started wit hour arrival. Our flight got in early, so I called the hotel to see if we could check-in early. I called 3 times in 1 hour with no answer, so we drove across town to the hotel totally jet-lagged to walk in and get a snotty young girl at...
